How did I do? (Fantasy Football Draft)

So I have a man crush on Calvin Johnson. I love to team him up with Andre. I've had them both the past three seasons. So I want to trade for Calvin. The guy who has him (my brother) probably won't trade him to me just for spite. We completed a trade a few years ago. I got Chris Johnson for Michael Turner and Brandon Jacobs. Johnson rushed for 2000 and Turner and Jacobs both spend a healthy amount of time on the injured list.
So he probably won't trade Johnson for me because he's still pissed about that trade.
I'm willing to offer Vincent Jackson and Braylon Edwards/Devin Hester(waiver pending) for Megatron.
Seem like a fair trade?

Actually Sparano has soured on Thomas the last few preseason games, he has come out and said that Bush will get a majority of the touches. Whether that holds true once the game actually gets going, who knows. But as of now, Bush is supposed to get the most touches.

Well good luck with that Sparano, Bush doesn't have the stuff to be a primary back in this league.

Fuck no. Gore goes in the late 1st (rarely) but 2nd round. Boldin?!! I don't think I ever even considered him during my draft at any point being available.

Maybe throw in another 4th WR or your 4th RB. Sweeten the deal, it would still be a steal for you.

Pretty much my thought process, but I'm hoping he will bite based on reputation and because he has a year of expirence with his new QB. The guy I'm trading with isn't the most attentive person.

That's close. It depends on the person but I personally would not do it, Calvin Johnson is just too good. It also depends on his RBs. If I was him and had 2 SOLID RB's, I would probably do it. But if my RB's can't make up for the loss in Calvin Johnsons points, then no.

In an 8 person league, I feel your team could be lacking a little.

You were that high on Aaron Rodgers/Andre Johnson in an 8 person league? (Saying they were your 1-2 pick.) I just feel like your RB's are hurting bad for an 8 person league.

Then try it, yes. If he offers a stupid counter trade to you, then you know you have no chance. But if he just declines the trade, throw in that 4th WR/RB and I bet he will bite. (if he has the reputation of it, throw in a "bigger" name for a bench player and it should work)

To me that is a pretty damn good team for a 14 team league. We have no idea who is available in your league (especially with a 14 teamer, so everyone probably blows that didn't get picked up) but I feel you did a good job. Getting Flacco & Manning is awesome. Even if Manning comes back in the late weeks but is 100%, you got a late round steal. Your RB's are solid. Your WR's are lacking a little but for a 14 team league they will produce just fine. Peterson & Jackson will make up the points.
