Honestly, he’s looked liked he’s lost a step since he’s joined the Nets. Irving hasn’t looked great either since his return. Fuck them both.
 
I stand behind everything I’ve said. Flopping POS. And ate his way out of Houston after choking horribly. Then teamed up with two mental midgets.

Kyrie Irving’s comments today about his refusal to get vaccinated (or accept science).


“I think what I’m trying to better articulate is — I’m not bringing science into basketball,” he said. “I’m just saying to everybody: I’m human, I have decisions to make. I have a family to take care of. There are things that are just as important to me as being great at the game of basketball or leaving a legacy.
“I just don’t want to bring science into this. It just always gets wrapped up and I’m asked questions all the time about what’s my status and I’m like, man, if you were in my position, it would be easy for someone to say, ‘Why don’t you just get vaccinated?’ But you’re not (in my position), and that’s just the reality of it, and I made my decision already, and I’m standing on it.”

There is no clear scientific answer as to whether the benefits of vaccination outweigh the costs for a young, healthy athlete. People should have the right to decide as individuals.

(Mods, if you delete this please also delete the mockery of Kyrie’s decision which I am responding to - that is a political post as well)
 
And I don’t understand why we have to have any divisive issues in this thread, when we are all perfectly united as one regarding the absolutely execrable and loathsome quality of Harden’s game and personality.

There have been other stars I disliked but I always at some level respected them and admired what they were capable of on the court. Harden, no. Watching him play is like fingernails on a chalkboard, it’s viscerally disturbing.
