iPhone Wanted

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Nah...no reserve. I just listed it. posted the link on my facebook and prayed for the best.

Some kid from the Ukraine ended up buying my original 8gb.

And even if you hack a phone, how can you get it on Verizon??? It's a sim card phone. That doesnt sound possible.

The phone can be unlocked and used on any carrier with a sim card. Idk how but it can happen.

Verizon doesn't use sim cards. That's why I'm questioning it.

I doubt that verizon can be done, but tmobile and other sim cards, yes.

The blackberry storm has a sim card. I used it for a while on AT&T.

Yeah. AT&T uses sim cards so you'd be able to use it on their network.

My cousin uses an Iphone on Tmobile and i have used the Blackberry storm on ATT so i dont get why you wouldnt be able to use an att phone on Verizon.

That's because ATT and T-Mobile both use sim cards. So any phone can be unlocked and used on either carrier (minus 3g) on the other hand Verizon does not.

:chuckles:Sim cards dude. Verizon phones do not use sim cards. You could only put the iphone on a carrier that uses a sim card. Verizon is not one of those carriers

Then how was it i could use the Blackberry Storm, which is a Verizon phone, on ATT?

Instead of thinking about Sim Cards think about it this way; AT&T and T-Mobile use the GSM Network while Verizon and Sprint use the CDMA Network. These two networks won't "talk" to each other and so the iPhone, which is presently configured for only GSM, will not operate on Verizon's or Sprint's networks.

You were using the EDGE network on AT&T and not receiving 3G. Basically you had the novelty of having a Storm on AT&T but you weren't utilizing it's performance to the max.
