It’s like JR completely forgot how to play basketball. It’s a disaster watching him on the court.

It makes the Cavs look bad that two of their highest-paid players are unplayable.

I'm actually excited for Shumpert to be back to take JR's spot in the starting lineup, that's how much of an anchor this guy is on the roster.

Eat a fuckin' dick JR. I hope that somebody in the FO reaches to scratch his head, finds a brain up there and uses the Nets pick to unload you and TT's decaying carcass for a useful NBA player.
 
He hasn't shot two threes the same way in the same game in months. I wouldn't be surprised if I did some digging and found out that he was showing up to practices late, or high, probably both. His struggles scream lack of interest/preparation. It's unprofessional. He has never been good enough to justify this play. I'd bench him immediately at this point. Cedi deserves to start 1000% more than JR.

Does Lue have the balls to bench him? I know he did it the first three games of the season, but still. I feel like Lue cares more about keeping everyone happy than doing what's best for the team. I know if we bench JR, he is not the type of person where it will light a fire underneath him and he will be motivated to play better/harder. He will probably sulk and pout and play even worse...and for those reasons alone I'm not sure if Lue will bench him. No excuse for him to be playing so many minutes though.

Right now our bench unit is very strong, and pretty deep with wings such as Green/Wade/Korver/Cedi. We should be starting one of the guys who hustles, plays defense, and can still shoot at the 2. Lue won't start Cedi. Wade has been doing great running the second unit. Maybe time to start Green? Makes up for the lack of size at the PG spot with IT.

Even Korver would be a great fit offensively in the starting lineup...defensively no way.

He is such a overpaid piece of trash. Smh how is he starting over Korver? When Shump comes back he need to take his place and JR can ride the bench

It makes absolutely no sense why JR starts and plays so many minutes. He offers no play making, no shooting and terrible defence. On top of that his body language and demeanour is totally negative on the court. Lue obviously has no fucken balls to bench him.
 
Pure speculation, but could he be using drugs? and I'm not talking about just weed

Something just feels off with JR, I donno hope i'm wrong, really miss the guy we had before he got paid, played with so much heart what happened
