While you were right about Korver, and some of your posts are funny, so many of your hot takes are just repetitive noise and lack any kind of deep analysis of what actually happened on the court. Bogdanovic got most of his baskets on Korver tonight, not LeBron. And when you were posting your usual schtick about how mentally weak Love is, he hit the three that put the Cavs right back in the game before J.R. decided to heave-ho an idiotic shot to end the game.

Korver is one of our most important players.

Unfortunately for us, Korver has been dealing with 3 recent things.

Death of brother
Foot problem
Illness

He just wasn't very sharp tonight. And it definitely hurt us, despite his help in spacing the floor.

We need Korver's scoring, particularly with Love's output being so unreliable.

Just botched it tonight. Didn't have it.

I frequently see people bringing up that Love is giving up height and size and making excuses for him. Unfortunately Im gonna have to bring up the player I dislike the most in the entire league. Draymond Green.

Why is it when he has went against players like Deandre Jordan and other centers that dwarf him nobody ever has to make excuses for him, and he'll even throw up a triple double or something? Its because he's mentally strong. He goes out there thinking the guy across from me is not going to beat me. He's not willing to lose one possession to his opponent. Does it happen? Yes. Is he ok with it? NO!

Excuses are made for Loves size because of how he plays not because of his inability to play against larger players. He's just not one of those players that take it personal. Yes he has good touch for a big man and he will go after every rebound in his vicinity but he isn't gonna fight for the little things. He's just not that guy.

Those TO's at the start of the 3 quarter were a momentum killer, both for the team and Love as an individual. They also showcased the change in the game, during the first half he was getting the ball off cuts and rolling to the basket. Good team ball movement triggered by penetration was opening space for him. That stopped and suddenly he is getting the ball stationary on the perimeter, with a mangled thumb.

Disastrous second half.

Yep I totally agree... Those possessions weren't even possessions for him to score they were possessions for him to make entry passes to a teammate in the post... He literally did not get one play ran for him the entire second half and both his shots came within the last 3 minutes of the game hitting one of two 3-pointers... That's on the coach and the guy that handled the ball for 20 minutes of the 2nd half

It was a shambles of a half, lost all composure, focus, stopped doing what had been working. Hill barely playing, LBJ going unbelievably passive. However if I am a teammate of Love and he loses the ball virtually 3 possessions in a row it might make me a little gun-shy to go back to him in the short term. By the time he came back in the panic was on.

I also have to say that the Pacers were allowed astonishing physical freedom in how they defended the Cavs on the inside. I can't reconcile the type of refereeing we see in the playoffs with what we witness in the regular season. Love and LBJ have been pummeled in this series.

The refs went from calling every ticky-tack foul at the start of the game to allowing everything, very inconsistent. The blocking/charging calls all went against us too, for identical types of plays.

That Sabonis and one was a charge. They called so many offensive fouls on the Cavs and then let them get away with a really obvious one
