I wonder if LA would be interested in Love? We've already traded with them once, and when they find out LBJ is never coming (after LBJ signs for the max with us), they might be interested in building for next year by adding Love now?

If we CANNOT get a second good player to put next to LeBron, then I think we do trade Love and retool as a young, defensive team.

But, if Love can go back to his role as the 3rd player on our team, then I hope we keep him. He's a GREAT 3rd player, but a disappointing 2nd option.

If LeBron stays our primary goal should be to get TT and Clarkson off the team. If we don’t, we’ll be in an even worse situation next offseason.

If LeBron stays for 1 year it means nothing. We audition for him to stay yet again, since there are no moves we can make to compete with the Warriors next year. With all the bigtime free agents next offseason, if we have LeBron and no cap room, he’s definitely going elsewhere. At least get rid of those contracts and give LeBron a chance to recruit KD and such. It’s not a good chance but it’s better than no chance.

Love is a really nice fit in Philly next to Embiid.
