LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
http://bleacherreport.com/articles/...te-nba-player-stephen-curry-receives-no-votes

The rookies chose LeBron as their favorite player. Steph Curry received no votes at all (LOL). And even Durant, who usually wins this poll, is not nearly as popular with this rookie class. The Warriors might be beloved by the media and bandwagon fans, but it doesn't look like other players respect them much.
Or Curry just hasn't been doing it long enough. Lets say the average age for this rookie class is 20. LeBron is going into his 14th year. So basically if you say that kids can finally begin kinda understanding basketball around 8 or 9, that would mean that LeBron is probably the 1st player any of these kids ever liked. Give it 5 more years of Curry doing what hes doing now. Hes gonna be up there.

I think they're on such a high level that the respect allows this to happen.

What I would like to know, despite my undying love for Lil Kev, is if anyone (Lebron, Griff, Dan, KD) brought up the idea of trading Love for Durant. I know we won, but someone had to realize adding KD to GSW would be an issue. Why not take a step back to try and take two steps forward and c-block GSW?

KD would have still walked to GS. We would have lost both Love and KD.
He would have destroyed us from within, like a virus, with an easier path to multple rings.
KD was professing his love for GS's ball movement while he was still with OKC.

This trade sure didn't make LeBron mad.

You got back a body for KD and your have the chance to play with a great rookie next year

Cavs didn't go full fuck you and only take back picks but they didn't think sort term either

If I'm LeBron I like this deal

I don't buy the Lakers hype but I could definitely see the league being happy about a Lakers/LeBron and Kyrie/Celtics rivalry.

Im most excited about a motivated Lebron, Kevin Loves chance to be the real second option, and the depth we now have to maybe let Lebron rest more during games without the quick 12-0 two minute run.

Not to even mention the chance at another finals trip and then a shot at a top 5 pick.

With the addition of Crowder, IT, the east being worse, and(hopefully) a better system implemented for our team...I want Brons minutes under 35 a night and more rest days to preserve him.

Seriously: What other fan-base has to endure these consistent insults?

You know it's bad when what should be a legit operation(CBSSportsline) is so far behind their competition(ESPN/Yahoo) that they have to make stories based off of Ric Bucher Bleacher Report articles.

It would be the best and biggest double-finger in sports if LeBron signed a 5-year max extension in Cleveland after beating Boston and Golden State en route to another title.

why be happy about them playing twice, when they will play 4 times if they both stay where they are....

No one else ever had. No one gave a shit about Durant during the season. It was brought up once a month. Everyone needs Lebron to leave. Its good for the league when its best player is in the largest market. Especially with all that is surrounding the Celtics (who are probably the 4 seed in the East).

I literally cant stomach it. I deal with it because in my heart of hearts, I hope Lebron stays put. I cant see why he wouldnt. There is not a team that could be built by the Lakers that would have a greater chance of winning a championship than this Cavs team.

I also read somewhere that Lebron has given up pursuing 6 rings??? Like hell he has.
