LeBron looked extra sprightly, bouncy, and quick tonight. He probably didn’t think he had to go into God mode this early, but here it is. On his breakaway dunk from behind 5ebhalf-circle, he easily got way up (look at where his head was) and to the rim.
Now please, somebody else do something the rest of these playoffs.
To be fair, LeBron had to be pretty godly in the 1st round last year
32-13-6 in game 1 to win 109-108.
41-13-12 in game 3 to win 119-114 after being down 26...
Playoff LeBron is just usually pretty godly. Game 1 of this series was kind of a weird outlier in some ways, and we still almost came roaring back after being down 20...and maybe if we had a Kyrie to hit a few more shots during the rally we go on to win game 1 in the final minute.
Also helped LBJ when in game 2 Kyrie dropped 37 in a 6 point win. Made things a lot easier.
We need to at least give a guy an opportunity to do what KYrie did. Whether it's Clarkson or Hood or even Hill at times...pretty much by committee, but we have to give one of the chance to have that big game we would get from Kyrie here and there. If we play them all just some, and distribute their shots evenly...none of them will even have a chance to have a big game...and it's gonna have to be by design because obviously none of those guys are naturally that 25 point scorer. Clarkson when he's hot and with an adult is promising, Hood has all the tools but I'm almost scared to give him the volume and get a couple 4-17's or some shit.
So he's def. gonna feel the difference from Kyrie. Also kinda sucks not being able to have LBJ come in with that super 2nd unit at the start of the 2nd quarter to lay rest to everyone elses backups for the first 4 minutes of every 2nd quarter. But that's just now how the minutes have been this year mainly because of our guard issues.
Please...get as far as you can this year....then convince LBJ to stay, and get Beal or McCollum with that pick.....I think we're legit title contenders any year with this current team plus a legit 20-25 PPG guard. We have a few holes we've filled that last years team with Kyrie greatly lacked. Kind of annoying how they didn't link up.
Absolutely magnificent game from LeBron. Goes on a long long list of playoff greatness.
Cept for that part where he couldn't score on Bogdanovich( JUST KIDDING ALERT. JUST. KIDDING. IM JUST KIDDING I PROMISE DONT HURT ME. GAME WAS OBVIOUSLY AN ABSOLUTE PERFORMANCE FOR THE AGES ALL AROUND. SERIOUSLY. THIS WAS 100% A JOKE.)
