One thing I think is going to be an issue soon with Lin though is fatigue.

He literally hasn't played consistently in 2 years, and is now being asked to playing 35-40 minutes a night under an increasingly intense spotlight.

He is going to hit a wall at some point probably sooner than later. How he deals with that is going to be a key to their season going forward.

After the whole LBJ situation I kinda forgot how big of a douche Kobe still is :chuckles:

As much as I can't stand New York, it's kinda nice to see the biggest market in basketball excited again. Who knows if he can keep it up, but it sure is exciting. Literally, he had a whole floor of drunk college guys watching last night. I'm on board.

Oh yay, another guy from either the NY market or LA market the media can talk about and over-hype for months on end. The guy can ball, but too bad he doesn't play for a market that doesn't get jammed down our throats on a regular basis anyways.

I disagree, and think that it is actually good he is in NY.

That basketball market has been dead since Pat Riley and Ewing left.

I think NBA will be a better place if the Knicks are back. It is good for the sport, and with Lin potentially the global growth of the game.

Jeremy Lin (with his background and status as an Asian American) can do more for the NBA globally (and the sport of basketball) in NY than he could in a a small market if he turns out to be the kind of player he is showing himself to be over the long term.

If you are a a fan of basketball, that is only a good thing.

why do NY, miami and LA fans get everything

Good story, but I really hate Woj's writing style. It just screams of him trying to sound poetic and show he's a good writer. When reading a sports article you're not supposed to notice the writing at all, just digest the information. Woj tries too hard.

I love that this kid didn't back down from being pushed around on the court. Honestly, Fisher and Blake were grabbing his arms any chance they had.
