I think I need to see JB in the playoffs again. I know his weaknesses, but it turns out his offense eis pretty good and we at least see the vision now. It depends if he totally whiffs the rotations

The Morris twins will provide you with nothing on or off the court. They are not productive offensively or defensively nor do they rebound, block shots, set opening screens, protect the paint, can defend on the perimeter, good passers, post players, shooters or LOCKER ROOM GUYS….

But they have a wingspan (L.O.L)

Furthermore we have morons on here crying about rotations with Sam Merrill and Chris Porter Jr— Marcus Morris is zero impact…

The signing isn't official, yet. But, maybe we could use those 6 fouls against the Knicks this year in the playoffs?

A 34 year old Morris twin, who might come off the bench 3 times as a Cavalier does nothing to progress the team.Especially with Tristan coming back — who is a far more important player and provides the same, if not more…
 
It was sounding like recently some of our G League guys/two ways were close to games limit, hence why Pete didn't get to dress and maybe play against Larry and the Pelicans despite traveling with the team last week.

So am wondering if there's a bookkeeping timeframe/reasonable delay that may not yet be up with one of those young guys to enable a roster slot in addition to Tristan's return.

The storyline is right there staring you in the face, Pip. This signing is about one thing and one thing only: Developing Dean Wade.

Both players have strong ties to the great state of Kansas. Morris was a Jayhawk, Wade was of course a K-State Wildcat. Wingspans are identical: 6'10. Their three point percentages are also nearly identical: .371 for Dean, .377 for Morris.

The key here is that Morris is seven years older. If JBB has failed to get the most out of Dean's almost limitless potential, bring in a other forward tweener who appreciates the Sunflower State, pairing chili with a cinnamon roll, and a game of HORSE.

The Morris brothers were known to be equally moronic off the court. Bill Self is on record calling them incredibly lazy. According to an article from The Athletic, they would both get into fights. They narrowly avoided an assault charge in 2015.
 
Him and Tristan got into in the playoffs of 18, but Tristan as always didn’t back down to him. Probably going to be some spirited practices. Mobley and Allen can learn a lot.
 
I agree with you guys, seems like a weird choice. Likely a vet locker room guy who doesn't play, but he's a knucklehead.
