I just don't know if Sebastian Stan can pull off Captain America.. I mean, I get it... Bucky becoming Cap is a thing, but.. I just don't know if it works on screen with these actors.

But I do think Evans will make the mistake of a lifetime walking away from Marvel. I read the 2014 report that said he was ready to "retire" from acting and solely direct; but he also said he'd do Marvel movies as well....

But I think you might be right, if he really wants out; then yeah, they'll kill him off. I just think that'd be a mistake, career-wise, for Chris Evans.

plus they were calling Bucky the "white wolf" at the end of Panther...which is a completely separate character they could explore in further Panther movies.

Vision is toast. Dude is powered by an Infinity Gem.

Thanos is going to rip it out of his head.

But, in the end, Dr. Strange will do something with the Time Gem or magic like he did in the original comic book. He and Adam Warlock are the key to everything.
Completely forgot about Adam Warlock...but I don't believe he will be introduced until Guardians 3

It will be interesting to see how they handle his introduction.

I mean, time is running short considering that Thanos will likely have 3-4 stones by the end of Infinity War.

BTW, anyone notice how Thanos already had the Power Stone in the trailer, and the trailer starts with a shot of a planet with a devastated surface? My money is on Thanos having reduced Xandar to ashes.

That's a really good point... White Wolf / Winter Soldier might be more useful within the Black Panther story-arcs than as a standalone Captain America.. At least for now.

For anyone who has seen the Netflix Marvel shows, does it matter at all which ones you watch first? I don't really know anything about the characters but I've enjoyed all the Marvel movies and I've been looking for some new shows to watch, so I was thinking of starting some of those.

Well, you definitely want to knock all the solo stuff out (except Jessica Jones S2 because it just came out yesterday) BEFORE you watch The Defenders.

Daredevil is pretty much considered the best of the bunch, and he is the 'main' character this far into the Defenders arc. I would honestly start there. Luke Cage has a cameo in Jessica Jones S1 that takes place before his own show in the timeline, so JJ season 1 is a logical next step, followed by Cage. Punisher is really his own deal - you can watch him whenever you want.

I'd advise you to go Daredevil S1+S2---->JJ S1----->Luke Cage S1----->The Defenders------Punisher---->JJ S2

Two episodes into Jessica Jones 2...two episodes in and it's pretty bad/boring. Someone watch more and tell me if it gets better.

Not really.

The show really suffers from every character being an absolute piece of shit. The supposedly evil scientist they spend half the season chasing actually seems like the most decent dude on the show. I also feel like characters solve every problem on this show by doing the dumbest thing possible and then acting like an asshole about it afterward.

I might not even bother then. If I watch, it may be on in the background while I clean or something. How shitty is a show when I find cleaning as a more enticing option?

99% sure the Soul Gem/Stone is somewhere in Wakanda, and I'd bet somewhere in the vibranium mining facility.

If they put the Soul Gem in Wakanda, I'm giving dirty looks and calling the NAACP... :chuckle:
