Moses Brown: What's Up With Him?

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
He can help us and I now have a lot of confidence in our player development team after (a) what they've done with our high draft picks, who have all shown significant improvement every season and you can even see it month-to-month in the cases of guys like Garland, Mobley, Allen and Sexton; (b) more importantly, the way they've turned a few young, end-of-bench guys into legitimately solid role players (Wade, Stevens, and even Goodwin when we've needed him).

Yes, he's raw as hell. But, it isn't unprecedented for a puppy with big paws type of player goes to a franchise with great player development and you see them start to figure it out.

The talent is there.

YESSSSS!!! I mentioned getting this kid a couple years ago, and most recently a few weeks ago. If the Cavaliers staff can work their magic on him like they have with Wade, Stevens, Okoro, etc, then we're in for a big (no pun intended) surprise. Kid has a ton of good things to work with.
Enjoy him for the next 10 days…

damn lauri looks trash at center LOL

I remember him in OKC. Traditional big who's fairly mobile at 7'2". He'll protect the rim while JA is out so Mobley won't get as worn out and so we won't have to see Lauri get killed down there like we did a few times last night.

He has half the skills of Moses Malone and Mike Brown

I was thinking Kwame Brown and Moses Malone

That said, Moses Malone might be the most under rated player of all time. MVP, finals MVP, one of the top centers of all time. Most think of Dr J as the best player on the 1982 Philly championship team, but Moses Malone lead that team in points, rebs and blocks at 25/15 and 2. He was a 3 time MVP, and the original straight to the pros player.

If Moses Brown is half of Moses Malone he is an all star, lol
