Myles Garrett : NFL 2023 DPOY

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Didn't Hue say that someone landed on him? Why are we stillimg going with the injury prone line of thinking? If he went down on his own trying to rush the edge then I could see that, but it sounds like this injury was just bad luck like the one from camp where he was stepped on. Shit, even the one last year was a bullshit, cheap ass chop block.

@Juice Is Loose, do you have any inside info on if this happened differently than what they've told us?

Exactly. There's lots of stupid shit being said on this topic. How dare Garrett allow someone to fall on his ankle? Cut his careless ass. The league needs to outlaw players who fall on other players, STAT.

He got hurt, there is nothing we can do about it now. It was over a week ago too. It sucks but to get on here and complain is doing what? Lets see when he gets back and how he develops. No point in posting in this thread until that happens really, unless he all of a sudden misses way more than the 4-6 week timeline.

Like someone else mentioned, if Myles would have blown out an ankle just from force and torque applied while rushing a passer, or anything to that effect, then I could see some concern. But when an OL falls across your ankle I don't care who you are, an injury can happen.

Having said that I'd love to see Garrett get together with Lebron and see what kind of ankle regime Lebron does, his ankles seem to be made of titanium (knock on wood).

FWIW I believe Juice. I was watching the Brown pregame show on ABC5 though yesterday and Wilhem was saying he thinks he gets 15-20 snaps in week 4. Probably just throwing shit up against the wall though.

Those reports never committed to whether he'd have both of his feet when he returned. Probably still up in the air and a real possibility they remove one. Wait for Mary Kay to confirm either way.

He is.

Just like Pierre-Pual was talented enough to overcome losing some fingers, Myles had his leg amputated from the knee down and is just working on playing with a prosthesis before he returns to game action.

Maybe a week or two more.

They grafted Kellen Winslow Jr's good leg.
