I was reading on the 2k forums and the patch that they are supposedly coming out with will have more in-season drills, 10 day contract status, and some contract information so it get better when the patch gets released. Supposedly the patch for PS3 has been sent to Sony and it's awaiting their approval.

LOL assuming there is a patch. They've been talking about it for nearly a month. They are suppose to fix several bugs but who knows. I feel bad for the guys that bought the game and don't have an internet connection to download the patch assuming the damn thing ever comes out. It blows my mind how 2k put this game out without addressing its issues.

Oh boy...
The fastest way to get your rating up is your defensive and offensive awareness, but really - what the hell does that do? You're player's offensive and defensive awareness is really just up to you.
Anyway I was just hooked on this thing and played through a full season, but one of the coolest things might be the MyCrew Mode. Yesterday I created a Crew and got 4 friends to play it out. Unfortunately only my 360 didn't connect
We had partied up so I could hear it was just an absolute blast though..

I played through my first season, won the finals, etc etc. Started doing drills, finished them...not it won't let me play another game(I am signed with a team).
Such a buggy PoS game. I want my money back.

This game is really fun, but man it makes me angry. My first season I averaged close to 22-10-3-3 and spent all but 3 games in the D league. I led my d league team to the ship, what an accomplishment lol. I came to the offseason and was really underwhelmed (no talks with teams, offseason, etc.) but have worked my guy up to a 70.
I am 15 games into my second season while averaging 32 PPG, 10 APG, 5 RPG, 2 SPG, with an A+ teammate rating. It seems like I can't get picked up no matter what I do, does anyone have any suggestions?

I after about 17 games with the Bayhawks I finally got a 10 day contract with the Bucks. Is it ghey that I was super amped to finally get called up? Anyways I played my first game against the Suns and pretty much shut down Nash and Leandro. Game two I'm starting over Jennings and end up with an A+ even though we lost to the Blazers by about 30 pts. I hope they keep me even though the Bucks suck I would be the best player they have.
As for the patch it lets me change my quarter length now but the problem that other people were having before that I wasn't having is messing me up now. The stupid graphic that the announcers are talking about freezes and I have to burn a timeout usually to fix it.

Wow, how long is the D-league? In my first year I came off the bench and by about the 10th game I earned a start...then the very next day I got sent to the D-league. Thankfully it only lasted 5 games, I just tore up the D-League and got a nice player rating boost and got called back up. Wasn't too long after that when I became the full time starter. Haven't looked back since.
This mode is loaded with bugs/weird things though...my team (T'Wolves) played 83 regular season games and finished 46-37. When the season ended I got a choice of 4 teams and the last choice was stick with your "original team", only that my original team was Minnesota and now the game was telling me it was Chicago
I did get 19 drills (instead of the usual 10 i think it is) at the start of my second year though. That was nice...
I started with the bobcats and lead my team in scoring during the summer but got cut. I signed with the cavs to do camp and bitched wally the first game. Then the 2nd game I was vs Lebron.. Lets just say I got cut after the game. The season started and I went to D-leauge for about 5 games then got picked up by Denver and backing up Melo. I'm the 6st man and got to play in the rookie all-star game and got player of the game with 18-3-4. Denver has been killed with players getting hurt. Nene and Anderson was hurt for about 15 games and now K-mart is hurt. Our team isn't going to make the playoffs since Billups doesn't like to pass the ball in cruch time and we always lose a close game. Oh well I can't wait to go to another team. I'm only a 53 ovr and avg 9/3/4 in 12 MPG. I just try to get A+ on my games so I can get my ovr up to about 70 before next season where I hope to join Portland or the cavs and Start SG

Well I started a new player 6'6 athletic point guard. Got invited to Knicks summer camp. They said I can choose them or somewhere else so I chose Memphis. Probably a bad place because it has a lot of good guards. Anyways, I completely dominated their camp getting I think 1 or 2 triple doubles and scoring 47 points one game. I got a 10 day contract to start the year and am pumped!!

How the hell do you change quarter length? I do not want to start all over again. My god damn center is rated 70+ and is an absolute beast starting for the Wizards. I'm just sick of these 50-60 pt games.
After every game, it keeps telling me I have the opportunity to join another team, but it never gives me an option, so I'm completely confused why the insider keeps telling me about it.
