NBA FINALS 2016 | GAME 7: CAVS @ WARRIORS | JUNE 19TH, 8:00 PM

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
So, I dunno, I find this funny....

I'm watching Sportscenter on WatchESPN and they keep playing Taco Bell commercials about the Warriors stealing Game 4 so come steal a free taco!

I've never seen it before, but it makes me laugh, you thought you had the trophy, and all ya got was a shitty taco!

:)

They ran that shit all night.

"We went 73-9 and all we got was a crappy taco."

After the game took the family over to Dick's and bought everyone championship shirts. Just ordered a LeBron Swingman Jersey (I think he earned my purchase). Feels so good to spend so much money on gear!

i never believed in destiny, karma, fate. especially for something as trivial as sports, but god damn if this season and that ending didn't shake my belief system to its core

tonight transcended sports. one of the best moments of my life. i'm waiting to wake up

It really was the moment LeBron has worked his entire career for. And how fitting was it that it was a free throw? The ONE flaw in James' entire game is his inability to consistently hit free throws. And he had to hit one of those suckers to ice a championship.

This was a goddamn movie. No other way around it.

I will post what I thought about game 7 and my overall take on the series and the Cavaliers, as a whole, in another thread.

I didn't know what to expect in game 7. Cleveland came out turning it over, not playing the type of defense that got them 2 consecutive wins and just looked tight out there. Not to mention Green has a hot hand and seems to have an answer every time the Cavs scored.

Then, something in the 2nd half clicked. The defense got grittier and the Warriors only made 5 3s after making 10 in the first half. LBJ had a triple-double, Love rebounded and did what needed to be done and Irving out played Curry yet again and arguably had the game winner.

While this game wasn't pretty by any stretch of the imagination, a win is a win and this win made the Cleveland Cavaliers the champions!

We won a title. Stop over thinking.

Post #1704 is a good place to start if you're looking to relive the last minute of the game. GOD DAMN. I think we are going to eventually come down from this high that we are all feeling and realize that this was probably one of the best Finals games ever. period.

Hours later it STILL doesn't seem real.... The Cleveland Cavaliers did this. LeBron, Kyrie, Love....JR, Shump...RJ...MO WILLIAMS DID THIS.

LeBron and Mo Williams got rings on the Cavs together. Makes up for 2009 and 2010 so much.
