New TV Series to watch

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Just noticed recently that "Batman The Animated Series" is on Amazon Prime. God, I loved this show as a kid. It was so incredibly dark and that was what always drew me in as a child, even though I probably at the time did not know it.

Also, I was totally mind fucked to find out that Mark Hamill did the voice of the Joker...WHAT!?!?

Is this something you just found out? I thought that was common knowledge. Hamill is the person I associate with the Joker more than any other actor.

His voice over reading Dark Knight scenes is on YouTube. Highly recommend it.

I have to admit, yes - I had no idea. I'll have to look up what other voice work he has done.

Joan Cusack was always kind of irritating but she's fantastic in shameless

"Oh, is this your friend? Well, don't worry. He died doing what he loved...being a dumb fucking rat."

Rick & Morty killing it this week.

Pickle Rick was a top 3 episode in my opinion. Not doing spoilers but there's a great escalation of the plot and actual thoughtfulness at the end. Just delightful. I have to give the Little Rick episode a second viewing. People seem to love it, but for me it was funny not a standout. I think I started reading RCF in the middle there.

Tiny Rick is a great episode when watched after season 2 finale as it's the set up as well as being funny on its own

So im on season 5 shameless..

Fiona is the main protagonist but shes awful. Like completely hateable

5 eps into The Leftovers, and I can already tell that it'll be one of my favorite shows. Two small things I love:

It's awesome how the bleakness of the show means you really don't know which way it'll turn out when a character is on the precipice of a defining event.

Also, how everything is just a little bit off and unexplainable (is it the divine?) things happen (besides the departure). It feels like a world where you're constantly forced to question your own sanity and whether the things we take for granted still hold true.

Youre going to love it then.

The sourcw material concludes at the end of season one and then lindeloff takes over. All of the things that you like are more magnified.
