Truth comes out
Now that the dust is settling a little bit on the LeBron James story, previously unheard stories are beginning to come out. As most of you know by now, James, portrayed to be a student of the NBA game, never engaged basketball hall of famer Joe Tait in any discussion of the game, despite Tait's association with the NBA since 1970.
But you may not know this.
For the past two years, the "Chosen One" almost never spoke to Cavs TV analyst Austin Carr, a basketball legend in his own right for setting the NCAA tournament record of 61 points in 1970.
Why? Because James objected to Carr's use of the nickname "The L-Train."
Carr is way too classy to complain, but it is true.
James should have gotten that weak stuff out of there.
