MirORich summed it up about right.

Q: "What do you want to see from Odell next week?"
A: "I just wanna see him."
Q: "What'd he miss out on the last 3 weeks?"
A: "A lot. The offense."

Then it gets on to Duke w/basically the same questions. I understand Freddie's frustration. As a leader, you want everyone there, but he also understands the CBA allows OTAs to be voluntary. I did not get the impression he's frustrated or annoyed by either of those guys absences, even though he would prefer them to be in town. He appears to be tired of answering the same questions about them each presser.
Yeah.

Mary Kay has been beating this drum for 4 weeks trying to make it seem like Freddie is angered by Odell.

In my opinion, he’s yet to say a single thing that hints at an issue. His issue is that he’s tired of the media seeking controversy.

He seemed pretty annoyed in the interview I watched....

Talking about how Odell missed the entire offense so far.

He seemed more annoyed at the questions, IMO.

I wonder what everyone is gonna whine about when OBJ shows up to minicamp next week, training camp, and goes on to put up big numbers during the regular season.

Probably nothing?

Either way it’s not a good look as a professional to not show up to all but one of your new teams OTA’s when they’re implementing the offense.

I’d be annoyed as a coach too. There’s a whole system to learn in a short period of time.

Of course you'd rather a guy be there. If given an option, you always want your guys learning the system and being around teammates.

However, Freddie continues to state that if he can't get Odell ready in training camp, they need to find a new head coach. His "the offense" comment, to me, was short and expressing frustration over the question.

His annoyance is at the media, who every single time he steps in front of a microphone, tries to stir up shit that he has a beef with his new star receiver.

The beef doesn't exist. Freddie is real. He says "I'd rather he be here, but it's voluntary." I'm sure he's said the same thing to Odell's face, "Odell, I'd love for you to be here, but it's voluntary. Take care of your business first, we'll catch you up when you're ready."

I’ll never claim to be an expert, but has OBJ *ever* come into a training camp, or season, unprepared? Out of shape? Lost?

I do know these absences are pretty regular/common for him. I also know he’s one of the hardest workers (at least as far as receivers go) in the NFL. He tends to like to train alone in the offseason, and likes working out in groups in LA.

Yeah, it’d be great if he was in voluntary OTAs with the new team. If this was abnormal I’d be concerned. Since it’s not abnormal, I’m not the least bit worried. You shouldn’t be either.

He’s also never been traded to a new team in the off-season.

Alas, different set of circumstances.

Literally every year is a different set of circumstances. He’s had a new coach, new teammates, been older, been injured, etc. The only constant is how he’s performed on the field.

If you wanna be mad/worried have at it, though...

Yeah, but he was on the same team.

Beckham will be at camp on June 3rd per himself on Instagram.
I told him to stop eating shit tacos and get his average dick into camp...

We got our answer...
