This Forcier guy is one hell of a tennis player as well:

all we had to do to win this game was NOT turn the ball over. we did that and we won.

Yup, 1 turnover compared to what...4? I don't think we'll hear about Forcier for a while.

In Tressel's own little world he calls the game a good one and very well played. I don't. Maybe as far as tresselball is concerned, yeah sure, good game. As far as the elite college football teams are concerned?..... OSU is a pushover and all the top teams would love to draw them in a bowl game. Even the winner of the Pac 10 conference is marking the Rose Ball a win now..... 6 weeks ahead of the game. For good reasons.

Yes indeed; we ran the ball well on some plays. We piled up over 200 yards rushing. Does anyone believe for a second that opposing teams don't know what's coming from play to play? Michigan couldn't stop the run, but they are/were/is a BAD team.

How many times was the ball thrown actually vertically DOWN the field? I can remember ONE time only. It was overthrown with Posey wide open down the middle. That's the only time I remember the ball thrown in the middle and down the field at all. That's just pathetic. I think it's a case of Tressel being worried about Pryor making a mistake. It's almost the same mindset as Mangini and Dabol worrying about Quinn messing up and bottling him up with quick throws and runs in order to limit any mistakes he could make. I think Pryor is being bottled up the same way. The coaching have no trust in Pryor whatsoever. I don't know how that's a recipe for improvement or success for Pryor. He seems to be being babied.

If Michigan wasn't so bad they would have had at least two more TD's today. This game wasn't won because OSU was so good or they played a good game.

To those saying our RBs are horrible, 5 straight games of 225 yards rushing.. My only problem is the lack of carries Saine still receives, he's been our best RB this year, has been very impressive but he still gets less carries then Herron. But they both were good today so no biggie.

Thrown twice down field, both overthrown.

I agree Pryor is being babied though. I'd have taken a THIRD shot down field. He was going to hit it eventually.

Ohio State did play a good game though. Come on. Their defense played well, they blew up plays consistently and while they fucked up a couple times, for the most part you can't argue with 10 points given up.

The offense is another story but I think we racked up like 250 yds on the ground so I can't complain, it was working vs Michigan.

I agree it wont work in the Rose.

Even though Pryor didn't complete a deep ball I was impressed by his throws. He's been just lofting them up before. On those two he threw, both had some velocity and did not sail extremely high giving the defense time to react.

im sitting in my Ann Arbor hotel room after the game and...

well we beat ourselves much more than you guys beat us... that should worry you all when you head to the rose bowl

cause UM is not any good lol

Yes because our Defense just allowed you guys to throw 4 INT's and a fumble recovered for a TD.

I'm perusing a lot of forums and I'm finding a lot of Michigan fans who think their team played "better" but simply "beat themselves."

Such fail.

Last time I checked, when you turn it over 5 times, it counts against your quality of play. Anything to make Michigan fans feel better, I guess. Another decisive victory for Ohio State.

I can understand how people think Michigan beat themselves. The Forcier fumble was all on him as he dropped it trying to scramble. The interceptions were just awful. Some were all on Forcier and some the defense just made plays on. The playcalling of Michigan was poor. Denard Robinson is a terrible passer, so Rich Rod putting him in almost gives away that the play will be a run. That being said, I am not a huge believer in teams beating themselves because the opposing team still has to make plays off of mistakes etc. Ohio State won this game, Michigan did not lose it, because Michigan never had the game to begin with.

The negativity of OSU fans is getting unbearable. A few weeks ago, people thought we'd be lucky to win 2 of our last 3. We win all 3, 2 by double digits on the road, and fans are still negative.

We graduated the entire 2008 team, but comeback with 10 wins and an outright B10 title. IT'S A GOOD THING, DAMNIT!!!

I assume everyone saw when Michael Shaw went after some guy on the team who wasn't even wearing his uniform or pads yet, while he had all of his on. 7 carries and 7 yards later. Tough luck prick.
