Well, he was fired from the Broncos in his first stint as a HC, and then there was the weirdness of him accepting the HC job with the Colts, but then backing out a few days later.

True but teams make personnel changes on their theoretically 3-4 or 4-3. We purged all our NTs from the roster. I personally rather have a guy that admits to playing a hybrid system and wants the best players.

We always see a purging of talent when switch our defensive coordinator who says their base scheme is different from the previous coach.

They're almost certainly going to interview him for the job, even if they know without a doubt they aren't giving it to him. It's the way you reward him for pulling everyone together after Hue and Haley were fired.

Gregg Williams made a lot of tactical mistakes in this game. Not challenging a clear bad spot that would’ve forced a punt or 4th down conversion. Taking a timeout to challenge and then being told he’d lose both so not challenging.

He’s done an honorable job, but he does not deserve it permanently.

I think we all should see that now.

I’d rather have Gregg as HC than DC, and I really don’t want him as a HC...

The biggest negative for me is Gregg's scheme and I just feel like he will want his son to be DC. We just won't make the necessary changes on defense to get alot better.

With Kitchens at least you roll the dice on giving Baker a HC that he clearly works well with and it has the possibility of being the HC for all of Baker's career. I also think Kitchens will be more willing to listen to Dorsey on staffing.

No way.

His DC-ing is the main reason I want him gone.
