Dude are you fucking serious?

You said he made up him being high. He clearly didn't.

Are you this dumb? I posted your own words. You were wrong.
no I wasn't wrong. there is no evidence saying he was high at the time of the stop.

You cannot determine time of intoxication by an autopsy.
this was testified at in trial and I have provided a scientific study and a separate report by a drug research group completely unrelated to this specific case.

The officer asked for id. the driver said I have a gun. the officer said you have a gun OKAY.
not OKAY goa head and put both hands on the wheel

OKay don't get out the gun.

The officer whether he intended to or not gave the driver permission to continue what he was doing.. which was getting his wallet to show the cop his id.

I mean put your hands on the wheel is so basic. watch live pd for a few hours. they do it ALL the time. some as a matter of routine.

"Yanez approached the car window and asked Castile for his license and proof of insurance, which the driver handed over, the complaint states. Castile also told Yanez he had a firearm on him, and seconds later, the officer told the driver not to pull out the gun. Castile said he was not taking out the gun, which Reynolds echoed. Yanez screamed, “Don’t pull it out!” and pulled his own gun out, firing seven shots at Castile, the complaint states."

You're getting bad info my man.

And he didn't stop reaching. Clearly he didn't understand the situation.

Maybe he was high.
why would he stop reaching if he wasn't reaching for his gun. he told the officer he wasn't reaching for the gun.

the OFFICER could of easily told him to put his hands on the steering wheel as every other cop in America would do in that situation.

I posted your words. "you made it up on nothing" except nothing isn't toxicology, is it? :chuckle:

Move the goalposts all you want, you got scored on. You were painfully wrong.

Spike the ball kyrie.

Because he was high. And didn't understand the severity of the situation and what the officer thought he was doing.

Kyrie, torn is either borderline retarded or trolling. Either way there's no point. He can't admit how wrong he is when his words are posted in response to his contradictory words.

"could have," you adult with nuclear engineer potential.

Yes, there was.

If an officer finds weed in my car and in my system then there is, at the very least, evidence that I was high.

:chuckle:

This is a falsehood that you created nothing on the video or transcripts indicates this was the case.

We have no idea whether this guy was high at the time of the pullover.
You can't train to read someones mind.-Falshood. The officer didn't need to read the drivers mind

The officer fired because Philando didn't properly use what he learned in his own CCW training.-
The driver identified that he had a firearm

I don't believe marijuana to be nearly as dangerous as alcohol but maybe it isn't such a good idea to drive around with a loaded pistol while high.-
Falsehood.this is an assumption that he was high based on the ability of an autopsy to show when intoxicated

Would Philando have handled it differently if he were sober? Would he have informed the officer that he was a permit holder with his hands on the steering wheel?
Falsehood. Castille may have very well been sober

Does he have any personal responsibility in this situation?
He did and he notified the officer he had a firearm

It's amazing though isn't it? The more we discuss this and the facts surrounding the matter, the more you have swayed your argument toward lack of training rather than outright racist motivation
.-Falsehood the Officers training indicated that he was supposed to instruct the driver to put his hands on the steering wheel.

I don't think you have to be high to reach for your seatbelt/Wallet after the officer tells you okay.

I would of probably done the same thing the victim did only instead of my last words being "I wasn't reaching for my gun" they would be " but I'm not black"

Now we're at least getting somewhere. To a more rational discussion
.
Again you seem to be the only one talking about race.

If you could quote where I mentioned race when I opened this topic up then go ahead.

You were the first and just about only one to start on race from the jump with some snarky comments mind you.

And that "popos" shit? Really?

I've always been for more training for police. No swaying here.

Wait, the narrative is if you smoke weed you can't follow directions now?

Wtf

Its not that you can't, but there was a clear misunderstanding and he tested positive. To say it could have been the reason is fair.

You're trying to change the actual sequence of events and timeline to fit the narrative that the cop was simply a trigger happy racist.

I've shown you what happened, I've shown you Diamond Reynolds own words as to what happened, and yet you still don't grasp the fact that to convict someone of manslaughter you have to prove he wasn't fearful for his life.

It's just that simple.

He doesn't stop. You'll have to.

Ok. Sounded like you were saying it was a sure thing.
