Google search him and break it down for me.

I'm confident you haven't read him, and likely just found out who he was because Dave mentioned him.

But please educate me on what you've learned.
Damn you caught me

:kingofhill:

He created American Renaissance. He believes that there are racial differences in intelligence. He describes himself as a "race realist." He advocates for voluntary racial segregation. Unlike some people in the "alt-right" he doesn't push for anti-semitism. Idk how much you want me to say about him, but no this isn't the first time I've heard of him.

So you're more worried about violence that takes place on the right than the left rather than condemning all violence, but you think everybody should be prosecuted for assault?

I think murder is worse than fighting, yes. So if one side has a body count and the other doesn't, I can distinguish those sides.

I also think there is provoked violence and non-provoked violence. I can draw a distinction.

If someone punches you for no reason, that is unprovoked and very bad. If you go spouting off to someone with some evil shit, and you get punched. That person s still responsible, but there is a moral distinction.

So there is only Murder on one side and not the other? Were the republicans provoking Antifa by trying to march or conduct a rally?

I disagree that BLM is comparable to Antifa or the alt-right in how extreme its agenda is. For example, according to a recent poll a majority of independents and about a quarter of republicans "mostly agree" with BLM. Individuals within the movement have done bad things, but the ideology of the group as a whole is not extreme.

Which group has burnt the most city blocks so far? Let's make that the metric, it'll be great for TV ratings!

I love that you edited the post after researching about him.

Voluntary racial segregation is a direct threat to the property and livelihood of millions of Americans.

Literally millions of people are facing a direct threat because of those views, and the people who use violence and intimidation to support them should be restricted.

It doesn't seem possible champion the freedom of people who wish to violently take freedom from others.

I debated whether to take the time to actually include any information. Sorry that I'm not a Jared Taylor disciple and don't have all his views memorized I guess.

If white people want to voluntarily decide to live around and interact with only white people, how is that directly threatening millions of people? Isn't it better for minorities if they're not around all these awful, violent white supremacists?

Did you see the videos and interviews from those in a Charlottesville?

It doesn't appear they agree with him.

Blood and soil.

The thread right now.

Who did they interview and what did they say? Did they interview the organizers, the alt-right "leaders", or some random "Nazi" at the rally? You're saying that white nationalists are a violent threat because they believe X, but you aren't showing evidence proving that X is what they believe. Sure, if they were openly saying that they want to kill all non-whites then you'd have a point, but I'm not seeing it.

This whole conversation evolved from whether or not "white supremacists" should be allowed to demonstrate. If the argument is that they shouldn't be allowed to demonstrate because they're threatening violence against minorities, then what threats are they making?

VICE did a great piece where the leaders allowed them inside for special access.

I'd link it, but I'm on my phone. Should t be tough to find.

To think, this whole conversation devolved after someone asked for an example of Trump being a racist and the Judge Curiel example was rehashed.

I'll look for it.

I posted the Breitbart article about the Berkeley free speech study and now here we are.
