Do Not Sell My Personal Information
We'll see how valuable those 2nd-rounders are in terms of trading. I would like if the Cavs used one on a project or on a promising overseas player who will actually come over and play valuable minutes for them in a year or two.

That's the real beauty of it. Two picks in the top 20 and seemingly unlimited options in this draft suddenly. When Kobe went down I figured that pick was gone. Tonight was huge.

Yeah it could be pick 20, but frankly I'm still thrilled. Coming into today we weren't even certain we were going to land the pick at all. To me that makes it a good day. By the way I totally called the refs giving the game to the Lakers.

I think we should also be considering the possibility of the Cavs trading into #1 IF they deem Noel as the clear cut must have. Obviously this depends on who scores the #1 pick but there are some teams who do not see Noel as the only option at #1. Have to think if Orlando ends up at one and us at 3-4, they might be interested in swapping back, taking Burke or McLemore and getting the Lakers pick plus their second rounder back.

this is a risky approach, akin to the drummond choice last year. Drummond is on track for the high reward, but could have gone either way. If you burn both picks for Noel, and his knee is bum for good, you dont get your center of the future and you dont address the small forward. We spend next year reaing yet another Tankopalooza thread.

I think you pick up Porter or Bennet, and go for your best metric center in the middle rounds, then hire a high end proven free agent big this summer. This team will be very dangous and on a path to even moreso over then next few years of Kyrie and Dion...

I like your thinking! All aboard the Otto Porter train! Toot! Toot!
