Lets go Lakers so we can draft more Tyler Zellers! :king:

I really want the Lakers to somehow weasel their way into getting that pick, but I'm immensely glad that it will all be resolved soon. Hopefully not tonight.

Man, Dirk Nowitzki looks like a Backstreet Boy in that rookie pic. What an unfortunate time period.

Dwight playing aggressive early on offense. Not giving much of a crap on defense, though. I really don't understand what's happened to him on that end.

Jamison...

Re: Mavs @ Lakers | Apr. 2, 2013 | 10:30 PM EST

Just remembered Jamison is on the Lakers. We aren't getting that pick.

Carlisle knows the season is completely on the line, calling TO's just to survive the first quarter.

Re: Mavs @ Lakers | Apr. 2, 2013 | 10:30 PM EST

Kobe has hit some ridiculous shots. Also, good to see the Mavs getting a few early fouls on them, especially on Marion who likes to matchup on Kobe.

Jamison, one of the "good guys" of the league, they say.

I'd like to suggest "good guys" don't actually not compete on the defensive end of the court. They try. They care about what people think about their effort.

Jamison punishing the rim.

Re: Mavs @ Lakers | Apr. 2, 2013 | 10:30 PM EST

Jamison 4 minutes 4 shots 0-4

Re: Mavs @ Lakers | Apr. 2, 2013 | 10:30 PM EST

End of the first quarter was the story of the Lakers season in a nutshell. Injured old players taking jump shots, everyone being too slow on defense, and letting a team that is down get back in the game.

Earl Clark deserves more minutes ahead of vet players coming back from injuries.

/face palm.

Why does Jodie Meeks think he's got a never ending green light? Every time I watch them play, he's taking awful shots, like that. No reason the Mavs should have been able to get a shot like that w/ the amount of time difference that was on the clock when the Lakers got the ball. There was a like 2.5 second difference, Meeks took that shot way to early.
