With a Rockets loss, Cavs will pick 18, 19, or 20.

If the coin flips go right, the Cavs will lose one spot at most. Rockets had a lot of missed opportunities in OT.

Last year, the coin flips were handled on Friday afternoon after the end of the regular season. So around 36 hours from now.

Huge, actually. When is the last time the Lakers' first round pick was this high? No one expected this to come from that Sessions trade. A top 20 pick? Could be really big.
