Sarunas Signs?

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Exactly the way I looked at it was....They added 2 nice pieces...and we are added 1 piece already plus Jasikevicius (more then likely)..and the improvement of Okafor can be negated with LeBron's improvement along with Drew Sasha Luke and Anderson...They may have gained a bit on us but not enough for me to worry about them trimming their 20+ point losses we served them. Don't worry and Atlanta can sign JJ don't make a difference to me. They can sign all the wings and forwards they want. but face it Curry and Chandler aren't going there Kwame is likely headed to LA and Jerome James won't do himself the injustice of going from Seattle to Atlanta. 8-0 Bank it...

i know that, but you got a really good point guard and 2 big man than can change a game... i dont think it'll be 4 easy wins...

Here's one thing that we seem to be forgetting.

We may have added Larry Hughes, and might be adding Sarunas, but we're also bringing in Luke Jackson. He is basically an addition for this team.

the catts, come one bro did you watch any of the games last year??? they will be improved but look how much we have, not even close.

im not saying we cant beat them, i just dont think it'll be as easy as it was last year..

so far we've had a great off-season

I don't see the Bobcats being effective in the league for the next 4 years. Sean May and Raymond Felton isn't big time enough to bring the Bobcats a huge margin of wins this season. The Cavaliers killed them last season and we had a weaK roster. Imagin our upgraded roster vs their young rookie squad. They will be demolished.

Truthfully, I think Joe Johnson is going back to the Suns. The want to make their championship run next season and they wouldn't be able to do it w/o him. I don't think Atlanta can pull anyone huge in this season's free agency. No one wants to play for them. They are going to have to prove that they can win some games before anyone would even want to sniff their money.

now hold on a second CDT, you think the Bobcats/ATL will be an easy 8 games??

gtfo... Charlotte looks like this

C- Okafor
PF- May
SF- Wallace
SG- Not to sure
PG- Felton

that has a team with a lot of potential and could be a playoff team this year..

ATL

They got a lot of potential too, Childress, Harrington, maybe Joe Johnson, Marvin Williams- the number 2 pick in the draft..

They got tons of potential too, so I don't think you can say those will be an easy 8 games..

Dude, in the words of Jim Mora Sr....PLAYOFFS? PLAYOFFS??? For Charlotte??? They have TWO ROOKIES, and if Emeka played center, he's undersized! He's 6-10, while May is 6-8 and at PF? You honestly think that team can make the PLAYOFFS??? Do you know what it takes to make the playoffs? Atlanta? They have 800 small forwards. They won 13...count 'em, 13...games last year. You think Marv Williams and Salim are gonna make them even double that?

There are teams like Milwaukee that won 30 games and added Bogut and Bobby Simmons. New Jersey will have VC for a full year. Philly will be tough with Iguodala in year 2 with Iverson. Chicago went 47-26 after an 0-9 start. The Pacers get Ron Artest back after winning 44 games w/o him. The Pistons are in tact, with or without Larry Brown. The Cavs are on the verge of being a 50-win team if they land Sarunas. Dwight Howard will be ill in year 2 in Orlando. I just named 8 teams that would wax Atlanta and Charlotte. They will be both good in due time, but next year? No chance. Maybe in '07 or '08.

well felton and may dominated the NCAA, and you got Wallace who can be the McCants and than you through Okafor in there you got yourself a good team.. Possibly they can make the playoffs if they get it together, but if not this year definatly next year..

good point CA, I agree with you.. maybe my comment was pre-mature but I'm just saying in my oppinion they wont be 8 easy games...

No Sheed. No. The Bobcats suck dude. And they will suck for a long time. They will be in the lottery for another 4 years.

couple years bro, couple years. not next year. i like the direction they're going on, like you do, but next year they'll still be paying their dues.

That'd be a great lineup Sheedy if only they were in the ACC and not the South East..

Even if you think they suck, i know for a fact it wont be 8 easy games..

I guarantee a win by an average of 12 points over those 8 games..They may make a run or two in the 1st and 3rd, but when the 4th quarter comes and LeBron Hughes Z and (HOPEFULLY!) Sarunas will bring it to em and crush brevin knight kareem rush of the cats and tony delk and jason collier of the hawks lol...12 pt average win in those 8

Charlotte will still be easy beats, but not as easy as last season. They've got guys from winning programs. That's what worked for Chicago (Gordon, Duhon) and it's gonna start working for Charlotte, with Okafor, May, Felton and some others coming from winning programs in college.

You can't take away a players knowledge of how to win games, even if they are only rookies.
