Series #17: Cleveland Indians v Oakland A's - May 29th, 30th, 31st, and Jun 1st

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
They are comparing him to Miller who happens to be the most dominant reliever in baseball right now.

Allen has been good, but Miller has been absolute lights out. (except 1 bad game)

Hopefully with Kluber coming back and Clevinger looking good, we can bring some stability to our starting pitching and they can all start pitching up to expectations, not just Carasco and Clevinger. (Clevinger has actually been better than expected so far)

For the first month of the season, I'd actually argue that Allen was pitching better than Miller.

Of course, consistency is what separates the all-timers from the perennial all-stars, from the good relievers, from the one-year wonders.

Clevinger has actually been exactly as I expected so far. Glimpses of his high talent level, but ultimately wild and inconsistent. He's pounded the strike zone much more in his last two starts, than his first two, so hopefully he'll continue to improve in all facets as the season continues.

Bauer has been pretty solid his last 4 times out, so hopefully he can keep that going tonight. Tomlin is who he is, sometimes he's going to get tagged, but he's never going to beat himself. Adding a Cy Young caliber starter back to the rotation will certainly be a welcomed addition.

Nice throw Brantley!

EE starting to light things up.

Hmm, MLBTV game feeds not working once again. What a great money investment...
