Will you cry when Santana is gone next year?

In all seriousness, this team is allergic to being more than 4 games above .500. Frank Underwood and Peyton Manning were even talking about it on the broadcast. Watch them get blasted by Kansas City all series long and be right back to where they were before winning 4 out of 5.

That's baseball, I guess, but I'm really hoping they got on a tear here shortly. I'm afraid to look at our record within the division, I'm guessing it's mediocre af.

Looked it up quick since i was curious.

3-3 versus white sox
2-4 versus tigers
4-2 versus twins
3-4 versus royals (including friday loss)

So, 12-13 overall. They need to do better obviously.

Yeah, at this rate, Santana will be able to re-sign with the Indians on a very "team friendly" deal.

My big problem with Santana, and it has always been, that he just kind of sucks.

I give him most of the blame for losing to the Cubs last year. Now it's funny he is trying to actually swing the bat after a career of just watching the ball pass him by and he sucks at it.

He should just go back to watching every pitch.

He was pretty damn good last year I thought.

This year, not so much. Then again, almost everyone is down across the board, predictably so.

Mostly luck. When you look at his FIPWHIP his BBIPAR was significantly above his career average and league average signaling a regression was due.

Also he disappeared in the world series

Oh, I was just looking at his BA, HR, OBP and OPS. Hmm.

Well, don't be surprised when they re-sign him because right now he's what, 31? And having a mediocre or worse year? Don't think he's gonna get that big money offer.

Guy hits a homerun of course so the smartasses will be out all afternoon.

Zimmer!

It's remarkable to me how much better Zimmer already is than that walk loving fuck Santana

Zimmer is the real deal.

Reminds me a little of Naquin's success last year.

Also lmao at the results of this poll. Literally one person is even going to miss Santana

Why do they keep interlacing their fingers then pointing at the dugout after hits? I hope this kind of celebrating doesn't lead to more bean balls of Brandon Guyer.

Small sample size, completely disregard it. This is also the same fan base that loathed Grady Sizemore bc of his Ks and sexiness.
