The Joe Thomas Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I would bet Dorsey knew and Joe wanted to wait to announce. There should be zero hard feelings against Joe Thomas today.

The only feelings I have are of sadness and slight depression. And, I hope you're right about the communication with Dorsey.

Joe Thomas with a career record of 48-112. How he stuck through it all those years is crazy. What a shame.

Y'all need to listen to the Thomahawk podcast. Joe was a broken body the last two years. He desperately wants to keep going but he could not do it anymore.

Dorsey and Hue have known for a while.

It already factored into their decision making.

Joe Thomas was absolutely awesome. No one is breaking his Iron Man streak and he's Hall of Fame bound! Was a privilege to have him on this team and I appreciate him suffering through all the bad years. Best to him in whatever he does! I do hope he remains with the Browns in some capacity.

Given the condition of his body, his wealth, and the other opportunities available to him, this was an absolute no brainer.

God it sucks they failed to ever put a winning team around him. I hope we hire him as an assistant coach or something.

Haslem, get off your ass and retire his number already!

He will be greatly missed.
