Yes.

When the Sister died her essence was transferred to Ahsoka to revive her. Since then, the owl, Morai, has appeared everywhere Ahsoka goes as a reminder that she is the Avatar of the Light Side of the Force.

I think where the whole storyline will end years down the road is that Anakin's ghost becomes the Father, Ahsoka the Sister and some character yet to be named takes over as the Brother. Together they will bring balance to the Force.

Now that I can binge Ashoka from start to finish, is there anything I absolutely need to watch or read beforehand to get the most out of it? Or can I just dive on knowing only what I’ve seen of her in Mando/BoBF?

I don’t think I have a long binge in me right now so I’ve been holding off on the various animated series that I’ve heard she is featured in. Would be ok with a Clif Notes like character backstory read or YouTube video that’s endorsed by someone who’s a pretty big SW fan

Rebels is a really easy watch. If you do like Ashoka I’d reccomend going back and watching Rebels.
