Nobody is calling for his head on this (topical eh? #KathyGriffinorwhatever), they're having a laugh at his expense. Oh well. Don't do something stupid if you don't want to be made fun of. Better yet, don't run for president.

Kathy Griffin is an idiot.

Its one thing to make fun of Trump before he became president, but to post a death threat basically against our President as a joke? She wasted the resource of the secret service as they are required to research it. The director came out and he was pissed, knew it was a joke, but still had to investigate.

Look I think he is horrible, but he is our President now and I am hoping he soon gets it and figures it out.

But lets have the media back off. It makes us look bad to the world that we are treating Trump like the English paparazzi treat a celebrity.

They elected him President.



Kathy was about 6-7 years too late on parlaying this type of joke into a presidential bid.

But don't give me this shit about involving the kids or going too low in the discourse.

It does make me laugh that every time someone talks about trump ruining everything it's almost a guarantee that person doesn't pay any attention to equity markets

S&P up 16%, NASDAQ 22% since the election. This is one of the most bullish markets we have seen in quite some time. In 6 months the equity market has already had what would be considered an incredible year

But then of course this has nothing to do with Trump is the quick and lazy retort. It's just a mere coincidence that the biggest event in the last year acted as a catalyst to one of the the most bullish markets. Traders love the idea of the tax reforms. The market is growing like a fucking weed

She has the freedom to post it, they have the freedom to severe ties with an employee who is bringing negative attention to their company

If I posted that I'd be in pretty hot water if work found out. If there were public backlash (ie my pic went viral) I'd likely be fired for that post

No one is arguing peoples freedoms, they're clear. But this is basically using social pressure to shut down free speech. Using proper legal channels doesn't make it any less so.
