You’re letting this bother you too much. It’ll be something new in a week.

I didn't even know about it until we had pages about it today. I spent all of 5 minutes researching it. It's not hard to use google image search. It's just such a stupid waste of everyones time that I got sucked into.

Ketchup on a well-done steak is a crime against humanity.

He should be on the docket right next to Ratko Miladic.

He probably has it grilled with tinfoil as well.

You are right about this one. God, I want to murder my in laws for this every time.

My BIL scoffingly asked me about the appeal of a “bloody steak” the other night when we were out at an Italian place that serves amazing steak tips and my FIL was defending his dumbfuck position bc they both eat it medium well and I eat it medium rare.

So fucking stupid. I seriously thought about jellying their eyes with my fork.

PS Both big time Trump guys btw. You’d love them.

Who accused them of being rich?

You did...in the post I quoted. Does the idea of a middle class guy going to a good school, working hard, and becoming successful give conservatives brain damage or something? :chuckle:

What was the context for that?

It sounds like he was recounting a trip he took or his childhood in Indonesia. The fare he described is found in Southeast Asia.

It was meant to mock him but I think it does the opposite. It is a good thing to travel and experience other cultures.

Philistines. If they are from PA they are probably more accustomed to eating possum than a proper steak.

Possum needs to be cooked through due to the parasites.

Talking about his experiences about being raised as a non-american.

So now it's middle class? According to Michelle the struggle was real.

That’s the thing. She made a twitter post about a pie that she may or may not have lied about making. Why would she bother? Seems like a bad idea.

Some of the posts are funny. All of them are pretty petty. But what a weird thing to do.

I'm not even sure why she would lie about making the pie. As someone who just made a chocolate pecan pie, I can confirm it's basically the easiest fucking thing in the world to make, especially if you're not some sociopath that makes their own pie crust. Took like five minutes to dump all the ingredients in a bowl, then you pour it in the pie crust and throw it in the oven for an hour.

I even took a picture:

Middle class people don't struggle? I got the impression that the Obamas were trying to relate to middle class people, which is fair, because as far as we know they did grow up middle class.

Non-American? You mean Expat?

Not everyone is lucky enough to squander their father's money in failed venture after failed venture.

Am I doing whataboutism right?
