I almost forgot this was the thread I was done posting in because it had gotten less toxic for a bit.

A lot of people grow up poor and then get rich later in life. Is the claim that the Obamas didn't grow up poor? I have no idea if that's true, but the article didn't offer any evidence on that front at all as far as I could tell.

What is the purpose of comparing Michelle Obama to Sarah Huckabee Sanders? What do they have in common besides the fact that their women?

Obama made less than $20,000 as a community organizer and it said that he got $2,000 to buy a car. That's not a lot of money in Chicago even if it was 1988.

Nobody in the world really cares about the pie. Huckabee Sanders and Trump have purposefully made themselves into enemies of the press by attacking the Press repeatedly. The fact that April Ryan came back with this Petty thing is hilarious. we have Qtip crying about what if Michelle did it. It's a joke and people with a sense of humor laughed.

Re-read your question at the beginning of this post and then your conclusion at the end and you will see how I (and others with nothing invested) perceive all of these circles you guys go around in all day.

So I know I'm going to be sorry I even got back involved in this, but there doesn't appear to be any source other than her tweet. Google image search finds no trace of the image on the internet prior to her tweet.

If it was a stock photo, google would find that
If it was a photo from a recipe, google would find that.

I didn't see any evidence she didn't take the photo herself. And I still don't know why anyone even cares.

so they just make stuff up to complain about? There is no evidence whatsoever that she didn't take the photo. They even have people defending it as a photo from an online recipe when it isn't. Someone (not on here) accused her of stealing the photo from PBS because they don't realize the URL for all photos posted to twitter start with pbs - i.e. pbs.twimg.com

it's just a complete waste of time on fake news. I only bothered to look because it's such a stupid thing to have a controversy over.
