The Walking Dead

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Whats gonna happen to Gabriel? I was liking him.

Unfortunately, Gabriel is the ultimate dumbass. I wish he would just die already. His decision making really puts into question Rick leaving him in charge of his daughter for so long. It's a miracle she's alive.

Then Tara and Jesus have one of the most unrealistic scenes in the history of the show, letting some nobody in a closet fool them both while they stand there unable to shoot him "because he has his hands up". Give me a break. Then they catch a break and take him down, but still refuse to shoot him. LOL.

Damn, i had erased that steaming pile of shit of a scene from my memory. That was awful.

Plus, you never see ammo resupplies, or even any addressing of ammo issues in the short term. Everyone just seems to have bottomless magazines....

False. When Morgan woke up completely unscathed from a bullet that somehow knocked him out, and he went into beast mode walking down the hall like he was playing a combination of Wolfenstein 3D and Doom, he did reload.

I haven't seen any of this season yet because of various obligations. Is it even worth catching up? Sounds horrendous in here...

Don't waste your time, this is the first season i may actually stop watching, like my god is it boring.

Imagine a gunfight where 5000 bullets are fired in a 30 square foot location and like three people die from bullet wounds. Sounds compelling right?

Even I got nothing for Ep 2. I get the sense the Director(s) are trying to mimic the comics with some of the artsy stuff they do. For instance, we all know how comic art can be over the top, etc - some of that can be translated to screen, and I feel that is an effect they are going for. Comics are just that - an excape from reality....and that could be the excuse for the lousy shooting - and the dead-eye on the move shooting from Morgan. That kinda shooting he displayed is superior to that of seasoned shooting pro.

Is this a tv show?

This season is kinda bad so far.

I complain but I enjoy the show. Selling now is selling at/near the bottom. As long as Negan still exists, it's worth watching. I must see him die. You know how to tell that he's bad? Think back to The Governor and how he was a formidable foe and blah blah. Now think of him compared to Negan. He makes the Governor seem like a pussy cat.

Last episode was actually the first time I fell asleep watching the show.

I think it has simply run its course.

Spoiler here, if you don't care anymore like me, look:

Supposedly Chandler Riggs, aka Carl will be killed off in either mid season finale or episode 9. He got accepted at Alabama and he's ready to use his celebrity fame to get all the college pussy full time. There are reports he was last seen filming around episode 8 and 9 too. The kid simply wanted out. To be honest, he's such a bad fucking actor anyways, but this is his and Rick's story. The show may die shortly after this.

This show used to have me locked in, I would look towards the walking dead more than football. Now I watch it on Monday's or Tuesday's.

If true, definitely a sign it's about dead.

Well, I saw the thread title and thought this was going to be discussion about the Cavs.

My bad.

Last night's episode didn't even move the show more than about 1 hour ahead in time. I mean there was almost zero progression as far as the actual storyline moving forward. They are really, really dragging this Negan/Rick battle out and stretching it across as many episodes as they can at this point and it's painfully obvious. Next episode they'll probably have a 20 minute portion that focuses on Morgan going off on his own because he hates Jesus' guts.

They are really showing us Rick starting to second guess killing people. When he killed that baby's father, that was the first click in his mind that really made him second guess all the killing. Then Darryl killed 2 others that you could see bothered him. I find it very fucking hard to believe that Rick of all people is going to start second guessing killing people at this point in time. I just think they've lost all sight of the history of these people and where they have been and what they've had to do to get here and are treating the viewers like we're idiots.

The dialogue and action in that episode is cringeworthy. How can they put out such trash. Almost mocking their audience now. I can see the Writers and Producers laughing, as they catcall the beverage ladies.
