I just can't understand how they could possibly determine that without giving him 15-20 mins on the court for 20 games. Every time he's on the floor, he looks like an NBA player to me. And, even if he's not part of our future, he's a GOOD asset for future trades. It'd be valuable to play him for that reason too.

There's ZERO good arguments for not playing him once healthy. I've heard them all, and they're all based on some "the league has changed" bullshit.

To me Delly should have the biggest impact on Zizic development out of anyone on the roster. He will be able to get Zizic the ball in the right place and at the right time. He also has counter moves to get the defender to bit to free up Zizic. We lacked anyone who could do any of that up till this point.

He hasn't been good this season. Whether it's on the players surrounding him, the coach not utilising him at all or his own lack of effort.

It's tough playing in his position when you don't get any consistent playing time at all, when you can't get touches, when the coach pulls you out after every small thing.

I do believe in him whether he finds his spot on this team or not, but you can't argue that he has played well when you disregard the circumstances. I do however have serious issues with the Cavs approach to Zizic. It makes very little sense considering our position. He has to play.

Zizic looks like he is being a baby to me. He needs to toughen up and should not allow his struggles on offense hurt the rest of his game. Once he sees it go through he always has more energy on the other end.
