Trade Ideas 23-24

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Garland, Okoro, to Detroit for Isaiah Stewart and Jaden Ivey. Stewart gives you a modern day Charles Oakley enforcer and Ivey the Big athletic 2 Guard. Between Donovan, Levert and Porter the point Guard position is in Capable hands.

No, it isn't. Especially not after Donovan leaves cause you made his job harder and are playing him out of position.

Wade and a second for kenrich
I like Kenrich a lot. but aren’t they basically the same player? Take Kenrich out of OKC and put him in Cleveland and vise versa and it feels like both teams would get the same result.

They are similar. I think you trade some defense for shooting and playmaking. Kenrich is slept on

Cavs get:
Lauri Markennen
Tobias Harris

New York gets:
Donovan Mitchell

76ers get:
RJ Barrett
Niang
Damian Jones

Jazz get:
Hartenstein
Rubio
Dean Wade
picks from NY and Philly

The Jazz are always in asset collection mode and may not be ready to pay Lauri (next year is the final year on his contract). The Cavs with Tobias Harris's expiring will be able to pay Lauri, who is such a great fit with Garland and Mobley. Harris can contribute and be retained at the right price. Cavs get much needed size.

Garland/Jerome/Porter Jr
Strus/LeVert
Harris/Merrill/Bates
Lauri/Okoro
Mobley/Allen
As a Knicks fan, hell no to this trade.

We’re looking at trading the wrong people!
JMHO but we need to trade JA or Mobley for a big man who can create offense inside and be able to hit the 15 footer with consistency. Their lack of offensive ability inside and out (other than lobs and put backs) hurts our offensive flow and makes scoring more difficult for our other scorers.

Who can we get that doesn't crater the defense?
