First off JA and Mobley are great help defenders but they are not that good in man to man defense.Who can we get that doesn't crater the defense?

Cam Johnson, Royce, and the 2025 Suns unprotected 1st for Donovan Mitchell. Who says no?
I think the Cavs would need to get more back, but that's some form of foundation to look at.
Switch Bridges for Johnson and I'd think about it. If those are the players, though, I need TWO more FRPs.
No, switch Thomas for Johnson, and add Bridges or Simmons, and give them Okoro/LeVert.
I've been reading some ideas, & while I'm not a fan of trading Mitchell, one I saw is somewhat intriguing. At this point, I miss @JJ_PR 's trades. Can we have another?
Why not get jimmyI've been reading some ideas, & while I'm not a fan of trading Mitchell, one I saw is somewhat intriguing.
Cavs get: Tyler Herro, Jamie Jacquez, Nikola Jovic, '27 & '29 unprotected & '28 & '30 swaps.
Heat get: Donovan Mitchell & Sam Merrill
I'm not sure what to think of the Mitchell situation. I read somewhere that we can't offer him the supermax, which means keeping him past this season is a little risky.
Jimmy would be a great addition, but the guy is 34. I'm not sure how many good years he has left in him. Also, I think he retires in Miami. I can't see Riley dealing him under any circumstances. Why not get jimmy
I agree, if PJ has to guard small players, but he is a better defender against larger forwards, as he is stronger, more athletic and comes with a 7-2" wingspan. Plus, when Lamelo got hurt last year, he showed some ball handling ability to create some offense. But what this team really needs is some toughness and PJ can add that to the CavsPj is interesting but he is a step back on defense
