The guy has clearly been brainwashed and no longer cares. An Iron man and a workout freak like TT completely giving up on his body is a huge red flag and needs to be taken care of before he completely loses his remaining value.
TT got to where he is by wanting more and by being more active.. obviously he no longer cares. Perhaps because he gives the Cavs very little chance to win another ship, he got his contract and his bitch so why give a fuck?

Agreed. We had a top-10 defense with Mozgov - a true center - starting, and he ate the Warriors up in the Finals that one year. Tristan has to fucking go yesterday. I can't believe
Dan Gilbert can't see that a real center could fix the entire defense, just like Mozgov did. I hate Gilbert with a passion.
We could've signed him two years ago; instead the FO thought it'd be a better idea to give that money to RJ and Mo' Williams. Just terrible.

I NEVER liked him. I remember getting slammed on these forums for calling him out and how trash he really is besides his offensive rebounds. Such a fucking mistake. Love should be starting at center.
Blame the mistake on Lue, not TT.
TT is generally better as an energy big off the bench in fewer minutes, but we pay him like a starter.
(Also, we damn well better see Zizic getting some time to develop in the regular season or going to be really pissed...especially if Lue is playing people insane minutes again)

I'm of the belief that Gilbert is heavily involved in roster decisions and always has been. I can't say for sure but I can guarantee he signed off on it. If we're to believe the reports of him being meddlesome; reports that started many years ago and still come up, then I'd say it's likely.
Edit: referring to when he was signed. Grant was the GM when he was drafted fourth overall.

That's absolutely true, but in Lue's defense (my skin crawls uttering those words), his options are limited.
Look, I get that TT was a huge part of our title, but so was Kyrie; it's time to move on because it's clear that we're not winning shit if we proceed with him as our starting center. I'm cautiously optimistic that Altman sees the problems with the roster's construction and is quietly fixing them, but this team was at its best when it had a dominant inside presence (Mozgov).
TT and Love are just a horrible front court. If we're not going to get a guard that limits penetration (really want Beverley on this team), we need to prioritize a big man.
Still a lot of dead weight to clear off this roster. Jefferson, Shumpert and Felder need to GTFO too.
P.S. While this may be absurd to most rational adults, I'm unable to see how the Kardashian curse isn't a real thing. This team already has enough issues to need to deal with that bullshit.

Lue is the key..I haven't always liked his rotations and now that he stocked with more younger pieces how is he going to adapt to that now?
