Tristan Thompson

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Tristan Thompson has been a solid playoff performer. series after series. He sturggled in one and the teams solution wasnt to make an adjustment but put him on the bench Lue had no clue and James couldnt be bothered.

George Hill -Jr Smith - Lebron James-Love and Thompson
Rotate Hood,Nance, Clarkson, Korver and call it a day.

if the ship is going down. go down with the guys who have the rings

let the other guys play their way into the rotation like Tatum did last season.

Hill goes down at the half.. Korver is playing with an ankle injury..... yet hood only gets 20 minutes.

You got Jeff green playing the Tristan thompson role with a mostly healthy Tristan sitting on the bench. Jeff green has never performed at the level Tristan has. Neither has Nance.

Yes teams can go out and drop an egg shooting but they were not put n the best position to win in the first place.

Gotta get the rebounding under control. That means starting Nance and maybe bringing TT off the bench. You pretty much have to play TT or bring in Cedi, because those are the only ways to help rebounding

Tristan Thompson, accused by several media outlets of rampant cheating just days before his girlfriend Khloé Kardashian gave birth to their daughter, True, is reportedly not living in his Cleveland house with his family. Instead, he comes and goes.

A source told People on Wednesday that Thompson is spending time with his newborn daughter, but not technically living with her and Khloé.

It’s gossip, of course, but it aligns with other gossip reported over the past week. For instance, People reported earlier on Wednesday—also on the word of a source—that Khloé really wants to go live with the rest of her family in Los Angeles, but first, the insider says, “She wanted to give the baby time to adjust and to literally stay alive, so she’s of course following doctor’s orders.”

And ET reported on Tuesday that a source said “Khloé is very torn on what to do with her and Tristan.”

Well, the smart thing to do would be to bring in Cedi. Overplaying JR just hurts his game -- he's been much more effective off the bench this season. Cedi would be our best defender against Oladipo, and would rebound.

If tomorrow's game gets away from us I really need to see Lue bring in both Cedi and Zizic for meaningful minutes while he lets the banged up veterans go get a little extra rest and lick their wounds. I wish I could say I believe it would happen that way, but I don't. Maybe if Koby or Gilbert or even Lebron say something to Lue, but short of that type of intervention I think Lue only plays the veterans. It's my primary beef with Lue.

Letting those guys play also sends a message to everyone else on the team about hustling, etc..

I think we need to get Cedi and Zizic some experience and test how they respond to the playoff intensity. If either or both rise to the occasion more than some of the other new additions to the team, Lue would then need to give serious consideration to deepening the rotation. By deepening the rotation Lue can expect higher intensity and effort from everyone's minutes on the floor.

Right now I think we're at risk of wearing some of our key guys out (Korver, JR, not to mention Lebron) plus with the uncertainty of KLove we're short on other options. We really need to at least test the waters, throw them into the deep end, and hope someone can do the breast stroke.

I think this has been a major failing of Lue during the season. He should have used playing the rookies as a way to get the vets to play defense all year. Pulling them when they didn't care and giving the rookies run is the way to coach vets when they don't give a damn.
