Guess Koby really wanted this guy. The Dubs had extended him a qualifying offer making him a RFA but the Cavs structured their offer in a way the Warriors ( already in cap hell) decided not to match it!

I remember him in OKC. He was mostly a shooter at first, and from very deep range, but he ended up being more of a basket-driver toward the end of his time there. Either way, can put the ball in the bucket.
