Tyronn Lue has been fired

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Why do you make it sound like I'm the one believing in a conspiracy theory with no evidence?

Why are you making it seem like LeBron doesn't use social media to vent his frustration at times? LeBron isn't going to go on a 10 tweet rant about this. He would do it on uninterrupted if he was actually talking about coaching young kids.

Nobody ever said that. They're only saying that this is not one of those times. It is plainly clear to anyone having the skillset of reading comprehension.

I personally think Lue is a below average regular season coach. Minute management is really bad and we go through phases where we go to a playoff rotation but we "don't want to show anything"

But in last year's playoffs who outcoached him? If Lue is yet another person on this team who performs best in the playoffs then I'd rather have that than the other way around.

I agree, I could not stand him last year, until in the playoffs he showed his merit.

He also, IMO, has actually done a great job getting the best out of his players. Kyrie is having a career year. LeBron is back to playing Miami like good. Love is fitting in. That to me shows he does have some tricks up his sleeve.

It's just the defense, and his very odd and puzzling rotations, where he's reluctant to ever go off script. And sometimes, you have to, because not the same guys are going to produce the exact same results all the time.

And IMO, by the far the worst thing about Lue, and it's not even close, is his over use of LeBron.

Yeah, sure he rests him here and there on back-to-backs, but he has to because he beats him into the ground with how much he plays.

Which is another reason why I wish we'd give Derrick more of a look. He's the only guy that can fill some of the speed/athleticism we miss with LB, and Deron fills in some of the playmaking we lose.

I thought that's part of why we got these guys? Either Griffin failed, or Lue did, because playing LB this much is awful for us going forward. I'm leaning towards Lue on this though. We now have depth.

Haha, whatever you say man. If you want to be an asshole and insult people for not believing LeBron is sending a message to Lue, go ahead. But the timing of his tweets are a little too perfect following Lue making some of the stupidest comments.

"Can't stand for it anymore because of I <3 and will die right now for my Sport and for SPORTS in general. #JustMyOpinion"

If someone chooses to believe a line like that isn't just about coaching young kids, why would it question their comprehension of a statement? I'm calling you a dick by the way. Since you choose not to read past the actual words. Dick.

People love to make a story out of nothing.

Sad thing is, someone tomorrow will probably ask LeBron if this was about Lue.

Its not about Lue.

I half wish it was, but its pretty clearly not.

There are some things he said though that really speak to the issues we've seen fro Lue. Especially the excuses over accountability. And then you throw in lines like "We as kids don't know". I'm just saying don't discount the thought so quickly especially because SVSM just won the state championship. It's almost coming from nowhere if it's about high school coaching since he's just had a positive experience. I'm not sure where else the negativity would come from, you know?

No, this is EXACTLY what LeBron would go on a ten tweet rampage on.

LeBron would NEVER go on a ten tweet rampage over anything involving the Cavs.

We know exactly what LeBron using Twitter to take shots at the team/organization looks like.

If he wanted to take a shot at Lue, he would tweet something like "you can only win in this league if your team is properly prepared, and that's above the players pay grade, they don't give us clipboards do they?".

And that's it. No follow up. Nothing. Until it became a media firestorm and he had to half-ass walk it back in his next tweet....

His ten tweet rampage ? Literally has nothing to do with Lue and it's obvious.

I see your point but he's also smart enough to know a tweet rampage like this will draw a lot of attention towards Lue. Whether it's intentional or not.

I think people want to read way too much into shit and it annoys the hell out of me.

No different than people posting every single damn emote tweet that any player made during the deadline as if they meant something. Here's some random player posting a smily emote, what does it mean?!?!?!

They are people that live and exist outside of being NBA players.

If lebron tweeted about the plot hole in the star killer base, ESPN would still think it was about Lue.

"Stephen A lebron tweeted; How did it fire the first time and not destroy the sun? whats your thoughts on this?"
"well its clearly him talking about the rotations Lue has put together, Lues going to be sacked if they dont win the championship"

Definitely, except the tweet would be way more vague. Something like

Success is 75% preparation, 25% execution.

or

Without accountability you won't ever reach the mountaintop. #FeetToTheFire

or

Armies fight battles, generals win wars.

To be fair Sir Dom isn't anti-Lue any more than he is anti-Cavaliers.

The one exception is his weird almost stalkerish infatuation with Korver.

?????????? How am I anti-cavaliers? and don't act like you don't have an infatuation with Korver, you all do. Stalkerish infatuation though? don't know what you are talking about.

I'm definitely Anti-Lue though because he isn't a good coach and I'm very much a Pro-Cavalier.(More than a healthy amount)
