Upcoming games

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
It's from Paradox, who have made a bunch of similar grand strategy games in the past. I only heard about it recently and it sounded cool and thirty bucks wasn't prohibitive.

It's PC only, in case that matters. I played it for five or six hours yesterday. I wasn't happy with my first start where I picked one of the random starting races the game gives you, so after about two hours I restarted and have enjoyed my second start where I used a custom race setting.

If you like Civilization style strategy games, I'd recommend reading some reviews and seeing if it sounds like something you'd be in to.
Ah damn, I'm down for the count then. My laptop struggles even having multiple tabs of RCF open at once to the point where I usually just post from my phone when I'm at home.

Maybe one day:(

Does paradox make any games for the ps4?

Dunno, but most strategy games of that type are really only suited for a mouse and keyboard.

Fucking. This.

Was just thinking about it the other day of how excited I am for this year's madden.
Thats the only reason I ever get excited. Im usually disappointed by October lol.

Pretty stoked, I picked up The Uncharted Nathan Drake Collection & Uncharted 4 for $58 with tax. Bestbuy Gamers Club (20% off new games), had a $10 gift card, and the Nathan Drake Collection was a deal of the day at $19.99.

Games that are coming out this year (or allegedly coming out this year) that I have some interest in...

Crackdown 3
Gears Of War 4
Halo Wars 2
Titanfall 2
Battlefield 1
Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare
Ghost Recon Wildlands
Bioshock Collection
Mirrors Edge Catalyst
Pokemon Sun/Moon
Arkham Collection
Prison Architect (coming out on consoles)

Madden is only good if you still weirdly enjoy offline play.

Online ranked play is full of eBook cheesers. It's amazing how many out of loss glitches I came across the last few Madden's, you have the pause glitch, the friendly quit glitch, the ddos you hack, the punt formation and audible to freeze the game glitch... And many more, Madden is a terrible game for online experience unless you find a old man League that has 500 rules to follow if you want to continue on in the online League.

The worst online sports game ever because nobody can take a loss, well the scrubs you match up with can but the better players you beat will try to fuck you.

But you guys are missing out if you don't play Rainbow Six Siege. They just had a game changing update and it's just a wonderful game. Great, well-rounded first person tactical shooter that takes thought and skill. Been playing it for 6 months and not tired of it one bit.

I don't have time to be good at more than one or two online games at once. Team Fortress 2 will always be my first love, and all my friends are getting Overwatch, so that gets to be game number two.

Overwatch will shine more with friends than pickup games I believe. With random people you have more of a likelihood that people will either not pick a team roll that's in need, or abandoning it mid match with poorer communication.

In 24 player and up tf2 servers this isn't such a big deal. We will see once tf2 adds a competitive mode. Overwatch doesn't have a casual mode with support for more players and the such.

I really only played it with at least one other friend during the beta. Outside of the training mode, I don't think I ever joined a game alone.

I'm mostly the same with TF2. I'll occasionally hop on and play for a bit if no one else is on and I want to shoot some people with the huntsman, but mostly I only get online when other people are playing it.

I hear you, I only play Rainbow, gave Division a try but it's repetitive, and again, the out of this world glitching broke the game. People would farm a glitch for 18 hours to get gear and sleep the other 6.

I will be putting the time into Overwatch though over other games. That beta was extremely fun to me, but also can get cheesy, but at least there's a counter to everything.

Me and my boys trolled with 6 torbjorns or however you spell it, but the dude with the built turret, and lol we rekt fools and the hatemail was amazing.

By the way, how terrible is the new Doom going to be? Game comes out tomorrow and there's not a single review out yet. I read on Polygon that Bethesda refused to send early review copies out. That's basically a kiss of death. If you know a game is good, why wouldn't you send out early copies and get those positive reviews out there for fans?
