For me this is the least the Browns will have to work with after a regime change since Mangini. Which is most frustrating because this regime started with the most.

Pettine and Farmer are legendarily bad. This team is a close rival to the damn expansion team for worst in franchise history. They have set this team back despite the amount of resources at their disposal, so they hold a special spot in my list of worst regimes
