Week 15: Bengals (8-4) @ Browns (7-6) | 1:00 p.m. | FOX

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I feel like I need to shower after that performance.

The way the D played, Hoyer wasn't winning that game either. Evaluate Johnny, think about a developmental QB in the draft. Get some weapons on offense too.

Man it has to suck to be a Browns player.

An embarrassment of epic proportions for Manziel. I wouldn't want to show my face anywhere around town.

Start the QB search a little early this time around.

I think it goes without saying Hoyer wouldn't have won that, but somebody is gonna gloat eventually so good call.

I'd take a 3rd for Johnny at this point. What has he been doing for the last 13 games? It's remarkable that he hasn't learned the playbook in that time.

No one would give up a 3rd for him. I wouldn't give a 7th for him.

I mean, it wasn't him that just suck. The defense sucked too.

It wasn't all on Manziel. But yes, he played terrible.

Everyone needs to relax. We saw a rookie make his first start late in the season with a team that has had a lot of injuries on both sides of the ball. I don't think Manziel is our savior, but giving up on him after one game is something a woman would do.

7-9 is a good season for the Browns. Hell, we could get to 8-8 if we win next week. I doubt we win another game, but it could happen.

Did the Manziel pick set us back 3-5 years? Maybe, but at least it was fun when we drafted him. Remember the Browns are a garbage franchise, be happy with 7 wins.

1 freaking game lol. Can you imagine if the Cavs traded Kyrie after 1 game? With that said, I have been all-in on Mariota for a while now. Would not be opposed to trading 3 first rounders to get him.

Fuck everything about this post. :chuckle:

But it's true. 7-9 is a good season for the Browns. It's 2-3 more wins than we usually get. It's progress.

Edit: Post game show "Play like a Brown? You played like something brown" :chuckle:

It's not that he played poorly, it's that literally every concern that people had about him was on display today. Couple that with his persona and seemingly poor work ethic and it's a scary scenario.

I get the feeling that it was Haslam who pulled the trigger on Johnny more than Farmer, but I could be wrong. It's also pretty clear that the organization hasn't been happy with how he's conducted himself. Stuff like rolling in minuted before the mandatory time on game day rubs me the wrong way.

After 15 games and little to no progress, one needs to start wondering what the problem is...

I agree with all of this. But I am willing to give him more than one game.
