Disgraceful. Absolutely disgraceful.

Not the game or the effort by our team - they fought hard and lost a heartbreaker.

No, the disgrace is this thread with all of the hate and bitterness. Just pathetic and sad.
the players played their hearts out. The coaching staff and that fucking kicker cost this team a win

Mullens didn’t take a sack or turn the ball over. I don’t even remember a dangerous throw. He did nothing all game to warrant the coaches not having faith in him. It was a cowardly performance by the staff, but that is to be expected. Despite talking a big game, they have pissed down their leg at every turn.

Incredibly frustrating to keep losing games by refusing to take fate into your own hands.

I hate on Joe Woods a lot, but I cannot complain about the defense anymore. In all, a fittingly brutal end to a brutally disappointing football season.

I hope the raiders team plane is delayed on the runway for the next 14 hours. I hope they never win another game in Las Vegas. I'm sure their 42 chromosome owner is probably planning to move back to Oakland in 6 months anyway...

I know many people don't like that 3rd and 3 playcall, but I think many of us agree that the offense needed to live and die by Chubb tonight. That play was doing just that.

If we had a kicker, that final FG would not have mattered imo.

That 3rd and 3 will haunt us all off-season. Good thing the Cavs are really good and doing stuff that hasn't been done in 26 years when it comes to certain metrics. It's a little easy knowing we can lean on some good basketball.

But man.. what's crazy is Mullens was money with the short passes, so the coaches had no reason to handcuff him in that scenario. He saved their ass with the 4th down TD, and for them to play so scared...

2 things Mullens did that Baker hasn't been able to do, go through his reads and take what the defense gives you. So often Mullens got to his 2nd read and bam the ball was out, Baker can't do that. Maybe Mullens deserves more time and with the starters.

To those blaming McLaughlin, and rightfully so, dude sucks and wouldn’t be sad to see him get cut… I can’t blame him for the loss. If he makes that kick before half it’s 13-10 instead of 13-7 when the Browns are 4th and 5 inside the 10. Instead of going for it like they did and scoring, they would have just kicked the FG to tie the game. I blame the loss squarely on AVP for being a gigantic pussy and not finding a single creative play on that sheet to scheme up a 4 yard gain and ice the game.

It’s a really hard pill to swallow when you see coaches like Andy Reid get creative on a 3rd down with the game on the line like he did to us last year in the playoffs, and then our coaching staff just runs 3 straight times up the middle playing not to lose.

there it is!

there is no doubt by that final drive Mullens was going through his progressions. That 4th down play was almost a season saver. But it was very clear Mullen's arm is the noodlest of noodles. In fact I am pretty sure there are members of this board that have stronger arms than he does.

I guess its irrelevant as this offense doesnt have any weapons and the play calling is absolutely fucking terrible, but I thought it was pretty obvious why Mullen's is a backup QB. I havent seen enough of Keenum to do a 1 for 1 comparison between the backup QBs. But I have no doubt the browns win last night if Baker is out there versus Mullens.

If I could combine Mullens eyes and pocket presence, with Baker’s actual arm, I would in a heartbeat.

Sometimes I laugh that guys who really have tremendous traits and hamstrung by absolute noodles.
