Week 3 (9/17/11) - #17 Ohio St. @ Miami (FL)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Will you just put him on ignore or something? For the love of fuck.

LOL Wow.

But yet you stated I wrote that Fickell should go into the lockerroom and tell the players we aren't very good.

Those were your exact words as to what I said.

WTF is the matter with you? Can you shut up for just ONE day even? FUCK OFF.

Simple question, is that what Luke Fickell should have done?

I NEVER posted such an idiot thought to begin with you fucking asshole. SHUT UP.

And I've never put a member of any discussion forums on ignore in history. I've been on them or owned them since 1995. I'm not about to start. If b00bie cannot and will not accept my wishes of stopping his crap with me, every member in here will have to suffer because of him. You clearly see what he does in here daily. It's not just with me but everyone in here that happens to disagree with him.

Some of you seem to toot b00bie's horn for him and defend him. That's fine. Don't know if you are afraid of him or what. He's nothing to me but an annoying fly you can't keep away. He's not going to force me to put him on ignore because I need to be able to see the false and inaccurate postings he makes when he takes my posts totally out of context. I won't allow that to happen without calling him out.

I want him to stop.

It was your quote, just a simple answer will do.

You think they should start the kid because the team is not good enough to do anything. Well, good luck telling that to any football team.

I wouldn't want you as my coach. For that, plus many other reasons.

You are completely spinning this. Just because they play Miller and realize the team isn't that good, does not mean that they tell the players that. They still tell the players to go all out and win every play.

SO when Bauserman clearly outperforms Miller in practice (as he did this camp), and they go with the lesser of the two....how do you explain that to your team??

You play the guy who gives you the best chance to win, and after camp, Bauserman was that guy.

Now...not so much. Which is why Miller will/should see the majority of the time from here...provided he can handle that (which is still unclear).

Did you go to the practices and watch?

Did you go to the practices and watch?

Nope, but from any account of those who were...Bauserman was the clear front runner.

Are you really going to pick an irrelevant point like that to try and debate that?

Shows how weak the argument is, quite frankly...

Either way a decision needs to be made. Part-time quarterbacks are tentative and quick to take the safe play. One way or the other they need to go with the guy they feel is the better and give him the keys.

Stop dicking around and shattering both of their confidences'.

On a side note, why everytime they show Miller on the sideline is he looking pissed and disengaged? I thought most teams' backups were with the coaches, giving calls, or at least listening to the plays?

If you were backup to a 10 year backup you'd be pissed as well. :chuckles:

It doesn't matter if he went to practice. Like I stated earlier, Fickell is coaching for a job. In instances like that, you play the QB that gives you the best chance to win. It's simple logic. That being said, I would much rather see Miller the rest of the way. But from a pure practical/common sense approach, Bauserman was obviously the best QB in spring practices and camp.

At this point it makes no difference who was better in camp. The question is this right now:

Who does Fickell choose to start against Colorado? Miller or Bauserman. That's the question.

Personally, if his choice is Bauserman then Fickell needs to be fired right now. I'm serious about that.

While he shouldn't be fired over it, I agree with you.

Miller should see at WORST at least 50 percent of the reps this week, and start to take over as he becomes more comfortable.
