or a wake up call ...?How long can this go on before we get him some D-league time? Might completely crush his confidence though...

And if we only ever play him with Cj and Jack i'm pretty sure he will continue to do nothing. Not sure why Brown pulled him after making an excellent defensive play in the first half.Everyone is going to be completely ignoring Bennett until he actually does something. If I were out there, I wouldn't be giving him the ball either.
I feel terrible for the kid.....

Had the Cavs kept the lead where it belonged tonight, Bennett would have been force fed for the final 3-4 minutes. It's a shame they choked it away.
It wouldn't hurt to try and run him in a pick and roll with a guy that isn't just going to toss a shot up or throw the ball at his ankles. Maybe try to run one play for him? That isn't a whole lot to ask. What are you wanting? Them to run the offense through the guy for a bit with Dion and Kyrie? They are trying to win games here and right now, that looks like a losing strategy. Even if you just do it for 4-5 minutes, you'll be giving possessions away all to try and get someone some confidence?
I just hope Mike Brown doesn't run Bennett and Waiters outta town with his tough love approach
