The 23rd best defensive team in the league was "this" close to being up 3-2 in the series and is giving the defending champions all they can handle. I'd be more than fine watching Phoenix in the Finals. But I wouldn't mind watching Boston knuckle up the Lakers either.

IMO, Boston would beat LA, but PHX would beat Boston. LA can't shoot threes at all which plays right into the Celtics hands, while the Suns shooting would be the perfect match-up with the Celtics "shrink the floor" defense. Also, with an ineffective Bynum, I think the Celtics would kill the Lakers inside.

I am still fuming about that Suns loss yesterday. So damn close. I just hope they force a game 7. If they do that, I will at least be somewhat satisfied, even if they lost it...
