It can be any age for basically any system. Just a game you've played recently that you absolutely loved. I don't know if I'm outgrowing gaming or what, but nothing seems to be able to hold my attention right now. Looking for some suggestions.

Black ops 2. Nothing in the past two years comes even close.
 
What kind of games are you in to?

As someone who's also growing out of gaming, I enjoy sports games and the occasional story game. Right now the only game I'd recommend is The Last Of Us. Although, if you haven't played GTA V yet, you should.

Games I'm planning to get are:

Madden 15
NBA 2K15

And possibly the new Assassins Creed.
 
Dark Souls 2, I'm on my 5th playthrough.
 
Best game recently? The Last of Us.

Battlefield 4 probably soaked up the most hours over the past year but I've gotten out of playing it since my wife was pregnant and having a baby now.
 
Last of Us was great, already beaten that one though. I've played the newest Assassin's creed already as well. It was pretty good.

I'm mostly into single player games with great stories (like the Last of Us or Uncharted). I like Naughty Dog. :chuckles:
 
Kind of a dead period right now but Fall looks to be jam packed. I just can't recommend anything because I haven't played anything since Titanfall, and it extremely meh from what I played (may give it another shot).
 
I think we need some more information, such as what kinds of games you like to play. No point recommending an RPG if you only like shooters, right?

More so than you could even imagine. Since BO2, I have played about 30 games, none of them have given me even a 10th of the fun that I had playing BO2.

The only game that will, comes out next November, it will be called Call of Duty something or other.

Maybe. I've played Fallout 3, and NV, TLOU, Skyrim (again), AC4, Dishonered, and Tomb Raider, that were all good games. Actually for the most part there weren't too many stinkers in the bunch, exceptions being NBA 2k14, Ghosts, NFS (x2), and Beowulf (2.99 money not well spent...).

My favourite out of the bunch was likely Heavenly Sword, or TLOU.

There is just nothing that can keep my attention locked in, quite like the zombies mode for Call of Duty. I was hopeful Extinction could help me out, but not a fan.

To put it into perspective of how much I love the Zombies mode, I played 38 days worth of Tranzit zombies before the first map pack came out. That is real time...

I logged well over 2000 hours on BO1 zombies all in total, and that is a very conservative number, since I was in high school, and played it about 12 hours a day on average.

BO2 doesn't have that type of staying power with me though. Far too gimicky stuff going on in the game. Makes it too easy.
 
I've recently replayed (casually) the following:

1) Fallout 3 (didn't finish, no time)
2) Planescape Torment (didn't finish, no time)
3) Xenogears (didn't finish, no time)
4) KOTOR I (finished)
5) KOTOR II (finished)

Best of them all? Xenogears, by far...

In order?

1) Xenogears
...way further down
2) KOTOR I
3) Torment
4) Fallout 3
5) KOTOR II
 
You'd have more time if you didn't spend all day on here writing essays. :chuckles:
