Who To Start Thread

Mendenhall vs Ravens
Ward vs Ravens
Calvin Johnson vs Packers
Brandon Jackson vs Lions

I'd probably go with Mendenhall and Calvin Johnson, still can't trust Ward for consistency until Roethliusberger gets back and I'm not a huge Brandon Jackson fan even though I do have to start him this week because of byes.

-Mike Sims Walker @ IND
-Brandon Jackson vs DET
-Mark Clayton vs Sea
-Laurence Maroney @ TEN
-Louis Murphy vs HOU

I have Walker in the slot right now. I just picked up Clayton. Deciding between Walker or Maroney since Moreno is out. Not a big believer in Jackson so far. Is he worth a roster spot? Hester is available on the waver wire, should I pick him up?

Also, I'm 90 percent I'm starting Vick this week but I have Matt Schaub and they are playing at OAK. he has had 2 weeks of single digit fantasy points. I just think that Vick is so much more lethal especially what he can do with his feet.

I would stick with Sims-Walker just because he's there go to guy and colts score alot of points if they are gonna have a chance to win they are gonna have to throw.
Vick is too hot right now not to start plus he got more weapons and Andre Johnson isn't 100%.

I got Green-Ellis and Addai in for now. I'd normally go with Best but I know Addai is going to be playing and Donald Brown missed practice friday so im thinking Addai is gonna get more touches.

Has anyone heard any injury updates on Andre Johnson or Steven Jackson? I need to know if I can start these guys today.

Apparently Steven Jackson is starting today, but the Rams are not sure how much he'll play. That creates a dilemma for me because I was all set to play Ken Darby in my flex spot. Now I'm not sure if I should just throw SJax in there or go another route. My only other options are Legedu Naanee, CJ Spiller or Michael Crabtree. I have no idea who to play now, anyone have a suggestion?

Well I'm in a dilemma at QB. My 2 QBs were Schaubb and Vick. Vick is out 3 weeks so I picked up Palmer. He has a favorable matchup this week against the Bucs. I would start Schaub but seeing that Johnson maybe out again and they they Texans are a running team now not sure who to start. Also on the waiver wire for QBs are Orton, Sanchez, Bradford to name a few. Should I get one of those or stick with Palmer & Schaubb.

Also I would like some help with my RB / Flex. Can only start 1

-LT vs Minn
-Ryan Torrain vs GB
-Mark Clayton @ Det
-Boldin vs Den (facing Champ Bailey)

If Portis is indeed out this week I will prolly start Torrain. However LT put up a 23 point week last week but they play Minn who has a tough run defense. Boldin was held to just points last week. Clayton is also a viable option against Detroit since he is the Rams #1 WR.

I would go with Holmes. Sanchez might be trying to throw to him more Monday night since this is his first week back. I would stick with Bradford against Detroit. That's just me though.

Whats the rest of your team look like? Its hard to tell you one way or another without seeing your team. But IMO I would say don't do it just looking at those players.
